They did a good job, they always do a good job. We have them come out every once in a while. They have cleaned our drains. They are prompt, and honest on the price. They are Angie's List members. They might charge a little more than other plumbers and they do good work.

We knew we had a slow leak somewhere near our water heater and washing machine and we had been dealing with home warranty headaches to try to address it for two weeks. Saturday morning, my wife came down stairs and heard hissing. The pinhole leak had been a "sprayer". The home warranty-assigned plummer told us they would be at our house to fix the problem on Monday and to simply turn off the water and wait for them to arrive. Fortunately, we knew of AAA Auger through Angie's List and one previous personal experience years ago. From the time we called AAA Auger until Jamie arrived - on a Saturday - was under 90 minutes. He was personable, professional, and capable. He instilled confidence in the way he communicated and worked. He discovered a much more serious challenge that a mere hole in the pipe (the pipe had been crimped - twice - by the home builders 13 years earlier, and both crimps were in or barely above the slab, making re-routing of the pipe a necessity), but he was straight-forward, sympathetic, and provided assurances that they would be able to fix the issue that day if we decided to proceed. After the initial sticker shock of how much the work would cost, we gave him authorization to do the work as described. Again, he was very professional and ensured that as little damage as possible was done to our drywall during the re-routing process. After spending around seven hours working in our home, he and his assistant left with the repairs performed as promised and fully tested.

The quote amount was about $1100. The quotes ranged from $1100 to close to $2000. I can't have my local handyman come in, take out the old one and put in the new one. It won't go that way anymore. They have to be licensed and have to apply for permit. There needs to be all kinds of special hoses, back up valves, auxiliary tanks and automatic cut offs. I have had them before to fix the vandalism that was done to the house before I had moved in to it. They are good folks and do a good job. They offered me discounts. Their pricing is average.

I called on a Saturday because my kitchen drain was backed up. I was leaving on Monday to go out of town for work, so I was worried about not getting it fixed before then. They came out Sunday morning, cleaned out the pipes and I was good to go!! No extra charge for them coming out on a weekend. The guys that came out were professional and got right to work.

My experience with them was very good. They were really punctual. They came out and did the work. They were very professional. It was a little more expensive than I thought but not totally outrageous. They did a good job. I would probably use them again.

I called AAA Auger on Wednesday to schedule a service call. I scheduled it for after 7PM. I received a courtesy call around & 7PM saying they would call me when the service tech is on his way. They called about 8:30PM to say service tech was on his way. The service tech arrived about 20 minuets after the call. The service tech's name was Danny. He was very professional and friendly. He looked at my problem and made the following recommendation: He said He could try t fix it tonight but if He encountered a problem fixing the faucet I would be with out water for the night. I decided to have him come back on Thursday. He arrived on Thursday about 9AM to fix the faucet. It took him about 10 minutes to fix it. I would recommend AAA Auger and would use them again.

They have been out four times to try and fix the backed up toilet. Come to find out if the issue was on the city's side. They are wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone. I have been with them for a long time. Everyone who I have had come here has been the highest quality person.

Jayson was very professional and courteous. He arrived on time and was careful to put on shoe covers each time he entered the house. He reviewed the job to be done and gave us the estimate. He did not pressure us. The price quoted was higher than expected but because we have used AAA Auger on multiple occasions, we agreed to the quoted price. Jayson and a co-worker did the work in about two hours. They left the area as clean as they found it. Jayson also upon our request did an inspection of our water heater in the attic. He said there was no need to replace it at this time but at our request told us how much it would cost to replace it. As always, we were pleased with the work done by AAA Auger and especially Jayson.

We had a plumbing emergency today. I called the folks at AAA Auger plumbing. They sent out a guy named Jason. I first wondered if he was a serious plumber. He looked like he had just come from a business meeting. I told Jason I had pushed a garden hose down that drain and the water just coughs back at me. I went up on the roof and stuck a garden hose down the drain pipe. All it did was fill up the sink inside. He shined his flashlight into the cavernous hollow under my sink and said, no problem Mr. Thurman, I?ll run an auger down that clean out that I did not even know was there. He went to his truck and brought in a machine and set it up like he thought he was getting ready to do surgery. Yes, with surgical gloves. He began boring out the pipe. He hit resistance but that went away. He kept boring though, and then he pulled the contraption back out of the pipe. He cleaned up what little mess he had made and they ran water to make sure he wasn?t leaving any leaks. Jason was gone in less than an hour and he left our kitchen cleaner than he found it. When he left, he still looked like he was on his way to a business meeting. He was that well dressed. Thank you AAA Auger and Jason

We went ahead and had Brian fix the leaky faucet. I kicked myself in the head once I realized how close I was to fixing the issue myself. Regardless, once I gave him the okay he started going to work on the issue. It took him about 20 minutes to fix the problem. He did a good job cleaning up after himself and took the initiative of adding some grease to certain areas so in the future I won't have such difficulty if the problems arises again. I did mark down the company to a B for responsiveness because I called on Saturday and had to cancel because they were about 45 minutes late and I hadn't even received a phone call. I also tried to book an appointment on Sunday but there weren't any appointments that fit my schedule. On Monday, Brian arrived about a half hour early and I even recieved a phone call that he was on his way. The cost was $150 after discounts which is a little steep for my taste (especially since I was so close to fixing it myself) but it needed to be done and I didn't want to end up breaking something and making it cost more. Lame excuse, I know but I needed the leak fixed. Happy wife = Happy life I guess. Overall excellent service.

Horrible just horrible. Let me start off by saying I am not one to write a poor review, so much so I have never submitted one before now. This company has wasted hours of my time, caused more stress than necessary and never even worked on my plumbing. I called, made an appointment, waited over an hour and no one showed, no one called. I called them back and found that they had the previous homeowners info on file and called them instead. The person rescheduled for the following day, I hung up and then quickly realized they STILL never got my correct phone number. I called back, they updated it and said someone would be by at 10 am the next morning. I made sure to be here and waited 30 minutes past. I called them and they said the had waited until 9:55 to send someone out!!! And all he did was flush it, confirm it was clogged and give me a breakdown of what it would cost. Couldn't try have given me a basic quote over the phone if that's what it took?!! Why did I have to waste hours?

I don’t know why we used them and I think because we used them in the past. It was probably on a weekend and we couldn’t find somebody and they came out. They do good work and we call them every single time. They put little booty things on so they didn’t splash any mush in the house and they had to go outside and look in the drain. They didn’t leave any mess behind. They worked fine.

Dre was on time, courteous, professional, went the extra mile and I thought the price was reasonable.

Did a good job but highly expensive for a < $15.00 stopper.

There is no way I would ever, ever recommend or use this service provider again. they wanted $3500.00 to fix one line in my house, no way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Paint contractor that I hired cleaned their tools and got paint in the pipes. Since the house sat for a couple of weeks before we moved in, I believe the blockage resulted from paint sitting in the pipes. I tried a snake myself, but I imagine I couldn't go far enough. Enter AAA Auger. They were same-day, prompt, courteous on the phone and in-person, professional, and knowledgeable. The price is "fair", so a "C" is not bad, just not good. I respect the training and expertise that goes into being a master plumber (that is why I hired one) but $170/hr is a tad exorbitant. Quality of service is exceptional, no doubt!

AAA Auger is a top-notch plumbing company whose employees are polite, professional, and knowledgeable. After presenting the plumber's findings to the city utilities system representative, my meter was reread, and my bill was reduced substantially. I would recommend AAA Auger to anyone in need of plumbing services.

Most importantly they completed a job after another company failed inspection 5 times. We first used them for a sewer line leak at our old house. They came and did the job in less than a day and then filled in the hole the next day. Second time they came and completed a job after an unscrupulous company sent by our homeowner's warranty company fixed everything but the problem and the State Board of Plumbing Inspector had been to our house three times because of the other company's bad behavior. (That other company was Immediate Response Plumbing.) When we finally got to an end point and 5 failed inspections, we called AAA Auger who completed the job, fixed the real problem and did an admirable job with the mess the other company left. The other company had been working on it from October to February. AAA Auger got done in two weeks with the other company's mess and passed inspection. Plus they did the second half of this job for $12000 when the other company wanted $18000 on top of $18000 they had already gotten from us. Third time was a small job with a leak on the top of the water heater. Less than 1/2 a day, pretty pipe work by Trent and reasonable. Last time was just two months ago when we had another leak. They came on a Sunday and were done within a few hours. Again, great work, clean job and reasonable. AAA Auger gives excellent service and their staff have always been good people to us.

I have used AAA Auger for almost many years and have found them to be reliable, prompt, trustworthy, and a good value. When I found water on the floor in my utility room and water seeping from a pipe from the closet in my pantry where my water heater was, it was 1:30 a.m. I called them and they put me on their list for the next day. I got a call before 8 a.m. the next morning that the plumber was on the way to tell me what needed to be done, i.e., was it a ruptured tank, leaking connection, etc. The plumber was here shortly after the call, told me the water heater tank had ruptured, and the heater would need to be replaced. Additionally, because the water heater was almost 20 years old, there were building code changes made during those years which would also have to be done at the time of installation. The plumber left to get what was needed to replace the water heater and was back when he said he would be. He also told me water was probably in the walls because the tank had ruptured, and called a company to come and check for that possibility, which it turned out was in fact the case. AAA Auger has always been upfront with me, I never doubt what they tell me, and would not consider using any other plumbing company. Their plumbers are professionals and take great care with their work. I am very pleased to write this recommendation about them.

The price was reasonable. They were pleasant enough and they corrected the plumbing situation we had. They fixed the problem correctly and I'm pretty sure they didn't fix more than what we had going. They were there on time.

They’ve always been very good. They come over right away. They’re very responsive. They give you an estimate and they’re just very professional. I’ve had them 3 different times and it’s not necessarily the same repair person but they’re still outstanding.

Last time we used this company, they went on the roof and cleaned the vent out but this time the plumber said it was too dangerous. Won't use them again.

I was having trouble with a toilet in the master bath. I decided to go ahead and replace it and called AAA Auger because I had used them in the past. They quoted me a price of about $450.00 to replace the toilet with a low water toilet, install it and haul the old one away. It actually cost $427.00. The technician was very professional, punctual and friendly. He didn't even drip water on my floors in the rest of the house to get the old toilet out to his truck! I was very pleased with the service and would not hesitate to recommend the company to my friends.
