Description of Work: Replaced damage pipe that burst. Mark and Joe worked together to bring water back as soon as possible. They were prompt and very professional and worked with me on price. Description of Work: Thoroughly checked for leaks in all of my system components. This was the result of an extremely high SAWS water bill. I have used Auger before and as always extremely impress with the professionalism and knowledge of their technicians. There was no charge for this visit because no leaks could be found. SAWS has been totally uncooperative during this entire process.

Description of Work: Although he had to cut through sheetrook in my living room, kitchen and bathroom, he was able to locate the source of a water leak. Apparently, the builder had puncture one of the PVC tubes when the house was being built. He repaired the leak, but I had to go through my insurance to take care of the water damage. Things I liked about the company: 1)talked to a live person when I made the call, 2) they called and gave an estimated time of arrival, and 3) best service I ever had!! Thank you

Description of Work: I received by Saws Water bill which indicated I used 29,000 gallons of water in a 52-day period which to me seemed impossible. Auger came on the same day I called and kept me informed of the specific time frame. Joe, the technician was excellent. He found the problem immediately in an upstairs bathroom and replaced the fill valve and flapper. He also unclogged a drain in this bathroom was well as the bathtub drain. The downstairs bath also needed a new fill value and flapper which he did. He explained everything along the way and what the charges would be. IU would definitely use AAA Auger again-this was my first time using them and the reviews on Angie's list persuaded me to select this plumbing group.
