AAA AUGER Plumbing Services

I called them several times during the day and they never called me back. They finally returned my call at 10:00 at night and asked if I would like to reschedule. They sent me a letter an apology letter w/ a $10.00 off certificate, but I felt that it was an insult. I called a couple of days after the incident to talk to the manager, but he didn't even call me back.

The AAA Auger people were rude and unresponsive. They were not concerned with getting the job done in a timely manner. They didn't clean up properly either. They left a mess! I will never use them again!

I had contacted another company at first, and AAA gave me the same diagnosis, but at $200 less. I've used them before and the work went well. They were very accommodating with my schedule. My only complaint is that the work was scheduled for their first appointment on Friday morning, but the plumber didn't get there until nearly 10 am.

They came out the first time to take a look at the job. They were unable to take care of it and had to come back. They tried to take care of the sewer line and didn't do a good job. They came out again and decided that the problem made them go up on the roof. They damaged the roof having the machine up there and were unable to unclog anything after two visits. They wanted payment for both visits, despite not completing.

He gave my husband good suggestions for future problems.

He worked on a clogged toilet for 4 min. The toilet initially worked but then it didn't after he left. He did not guarantee the work and when I have tried to call them back they have not been responsive.

Other plumbers had not been able to repair the toilets. They have fair prices. They were prompt. I've used several times since.

They were very prompt. They have emergency service even on Saturday and Sunday which I really appreciate. I will keep them at the top of my list and use them again in the future.

Recently called and called and very poor response.

Plumber did the work by himself, normally has another helper but still did the job in a timely manner. In about 3 hours he had to go pick up the heater. He replaced the gas line and new water lines and checked it for leaks. He also hauled away the old unit. Overall I'm satisfied with the work and the new water heater.

Plumber ran a rooter into the clogged sewer line and discovered a blockage about 60 feet into the line. Another crew member was called and he brought a camera to inspect the line. The blockage was discovered just beyond my property line, making it SAWS responsibility. SAWS was called to make an emergency repair, and the crew arrived within one hour. The SAWS crew replaced a collapsed line in the alley, and within a couple of hours the job was done and our sewer line was again working normally. SAWS will be refunding me $297.50, which was the charge for the AAA Auger camera inspection.

We had a stopped kitchen drain and called AAA Auger to clean. They ran auger down drain and left 10 minutes later. Problem returned a week later.

The plumber was very nice and helpful. However, the line broke on a Friday evening, and he had to shut the water off. He assured me it would be fixed first thing the next morning, but no one showed up. I called and was told that I'd just have to wait until the afternoon, that they were very busy (even though I kept telling them we had no water). When the plumber did show up (at 1:30 on Saturday), he was very apologetic and knocked $50 off the price for the inconvenience.

I did not use this company as the bid was outrageous and significantly higher than other bids. This company has installed two prior recirculating pumps in my home and I learned that they were installing an industrial grade pump which was way more than I needed for a family home. Estimates at $250 each were given for work on two different toilets. I later learned one only needed a $7 flapper and the other only needed the corrosion cleaned with vinegar. I have used this company for over 20 years, but wil no longer use them.

The person coming into the house was clean. No dirt on shoes etc. Second guy had booties on his shoes. Very quick to determine what to do. Worked on it for about 45 minutes. Gave me some follow up instructions. Cost was clear and given to me up front. Did a good job.

AAA Auger was very nice to work with. They responded to my call quickly after I called them. It only took them thirty-minutes to get the job done. I feel that their price was more than fair. I haven't had any more problems with the drain. I really appreciated their work.

I used AAA Auger about two years ago to install two new toilets and everything was great. When the drain in the bathroom was clogged I called them out, they were quick to come and get things running quickly. The company always sends out professional knowledgeable men to fix the problem. I was pleased with their customer service and very reasonable prices.

They responded to our call within two days, and the plumber arrived fifteen minutes before the appointment time. We had some existing piping that could be used, so he saved us some money on materials. There was a major mess made, but it was all cleaned by the plumber. He was very nice and finished in two and a half hours. We don't have sink drain clogs anymore.

I am always pleased with the service work I receive when I call AAA Auger Plumbing. I called them about my toilet and instead of just replacing the toilet they were great to tell me that I was getting a mineral deposit build up. I was then told that I should buy some over the counter stuff to put in once a month in the overflow valve to correct this problem. The service man was very efficient in getting the regulator valve and shut of valve installed during this visit as well. I have recommended this company to other people as I feel they are very trustworthy and knowledgeable around plumbing work.

AAA Auger really took advantage of me. The pipes that they didnt replace blew and got water all over. They dug for some piping and screwed up my yard. They left a pile of dirt and didnt fill in the trench. They said they would come back to finish, but they never did. They charged by the hour, but spent most of the time lolly-gagging around or taking two hour lunches.

AAA Auger really took care of us as senior citizens. They didn't try to mislead or take advantage of us. They did a good job repairing our toilet. The man was very polite and showed me the bad parts that needed replacing. I was given a ten percent discount for senior citizens. I liked the way they were trustworthy. They did wonderful work.

I am pleased with the quick response from AAA Auger when our major water line broke early this fall. I called; they came right out to replace the lines, which required more work than we thought. The men were very sloppy when looking for the lines throughout the house, they cut panels out, made holes in the bathroom wall, even a hole in the ceiling which seemed very unnecessary. The insurance company was looking after the problem financially but the plumbing company did not seem to show any concern for our home. I felt that some of the holes that were left behind were entirely not necessary to do the line replacement.

AAA Auger did a great job. We were very happy with their quality of work. We have not had any problems with the work that they did. They were very nice and courteous when they came in our home. They are a very good company. I don't remember what the cost was.

Frustrated because the company did not follow-up to fix the leak even after a telephone call. It is like we dropped off the map. The initial response was the employee would be on an overnight job at HEB. That was in early October 2005.

AAA AUGER HAS PROVEN TO BE A FAST AND RELIABLE PLUMBING COMPANY WE HAVE USED THEM IN THE PAST AND WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM IN THE FUTURE. TECHNICIANS ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND MAKE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE HAVING THEM IN MY HOME, THEY WILL ALSO REMIND YOU OF ANY COUPONS IN THE PHONE BOOK.
