Description of Work: Tree roots have grown though pipes. For a price, they went into the side of the house and installed new pipes. Did a good job.

Description of Work: Replaced shower fixtures. caulking job left horrible, fixtures were not of good quality. Main line clean out completed. Line is already clogged again.

Description of Work: Pipe leak tests. Trent provided estimate and then performed work as described and expected. He conducted static/hydrostatic potable and sewer pipe leak test. He also shortened a faucet in my backyard that had destroyed my home siding due to the home foundation shifting. Trent also found out that our water pressure set too low (30-35 psi). I informed him that AAA Auger had installed a water pressure regulator during previous work done (several months back). Trent increased our water pressure to 75 psi. I previously told my wife that our water pressure seemed to be too low. Trent was very professional, courteous, and efficient. Great job!

Description of Work: Replaced the PRV

Description of Work: We called them out to get an estimate on a clogged bathroom drain. They said it would cost approximately $150 to unclog drain as they would have to drag a lot of equipment into our attic to do the work. Instead we looked on Angie's list for another option and ended up calling another plumber and we were very, very satisfied and the problem was solved without going into the attic and we will definitely use them again. We filled out a survey and gave them an "A".

Description of Work: We discovered a leak in the main waternlne coming into our house after noticing one side of the yard was staying green and the other was dry and brown like the rest of the neighborhood. We called these folks, they came within a day or two (I don't remember there being any particular delay) and told us they would have to dig to find the leak. After agreeing to the initial dig they discovered that the leak was coming from a part of the line that was completely encased in cement overpour from the foundation. I asked them to go ahead and drill it out, they found the leak, fixed the pipe, and we had our water back on that same night. It ended up being almost a thousand dollars due to the heavy duty drilling into the foundation just to get to the problem, but the serviceman was very upfront the whole time, letting me know what he was encountering as they went, and I felt confident they only did the exact job that needed to be done. I would have these folks back if I needed plumbing repair work.

Description of Work: I had a leak in my yard. I discovered it on a Sunday morning. My home warranty was going to charge me an extra $200 for a Sunday call. I chose to go outside my warranty company and contacted AAA Auger. They did the work quickly, efficiently, and charged me exactly what they quoted me. The work was good, fair, and finished quickly.

Description of Work: Faucet and drain repair. Reasonable charge, on time, cleaned up and the problem stayed fixed.
