Description of Work: I had two cushions recovered for a rocker/glider and a spring repaired. I provided my own fabric. The merchant put new foam in the cushions as well. Total cost $200. I love the finished product - cushions are very professionally done and the spring was well repaired. Beautiful work! The only issue was timing of service. It took almost 8 weeks for me to get the finished product, despite several phone calls/messages to the vendor which were not immediately returned. I think they were just very busy, which is understandable, and they certainly made up for it in service and quality. Would use again!

Gave me exactly what I was looking for and, even directed me to a low cost, high quality store for purchasing the material for recovering my room dining chairs. The final product was exactly what I wanted and so well done. Would definitely use this company in the future...highly recommend.

Description of Work: There was an extended period of phone tag. The day she was to come see the piece to provide an estimate she called to say she was running late some 20+/- after she was suppose to be there. She called back again to say it would be another 45 minutes. We asked to reschedule. When she finally made it to the house it only took 10 minutes. She said she would email the estimate by Friday. Friday came and went. The next week I emailed asking when we might expect the estimate. She sent it in a timely manner. The estimate came in at +/- 1200.00 to refinish a small secretary. Too expensive.... For not too much more I can buy a new piece.

Description of Work: I originally bought the Deal to have a couch repaired. It was beyond help. But, I found they redid outdoor furniture. They did a beautiful job but it took substantially longer than promised. However, the finished product is wonderful and I would highly recommend them

Description of Work: they were very professional. Brought books of material for me to look at. Made suggestions that were knowledgeable. Once I called the cell phone number I did not have any trouble reaching her.

Description of Work: I had miscellaneous broken items around the house: two broken steps on a bunk bed, missing buttons and discoloration on a leather ottoman, a broken bar stool, and a chair with screws that poked out. I cringe to think what replacement for all these would have cost. Jackie fixed all of them flawlessly. The ottoman looks like new, straight out of |a showroom.

Description of Work: They didn't show up and then I had to put the expense on hold because of unexpected and sudden plumbing expenses. I plan on proceeding as soon as I get the other unexpected expense taken care of. I was disappointed they didn't call or come, but I still plan on using their service.

Description of Work: Large dinning room table top was refinished. Pleased with the work although the color was darker than original. Haven't had refinishing work done before and thought this might be a bit pricey, but it was for the contracted price, and I knew that an Angie's list company would be good.

Description of Work: I bought this service more than a month ago. They were suppose to refinish the table top. Asked me to send some pictures . When they saw the pictures and description they said it will cost about 750 dollars. I asked them to put me to their schedule to see the actual table to give me a better estimate. They send couple of emails stating I will be on their schedule but that never happened, They got my money never came to see or tried to see. They stopped all kind of corresponding. I would like to get my money back. Never give money to this company!!!
