I took some parts from a broken chest of drawers (drawer glide and plastic mounting brackets) in the hope that they could sell me some new ones. They were extremely helpful. Although they did not have the parts they helped me find them on the internet, and also suggested that I try Lowe's or Home Depot. Found what I needed at Lowe's. Again, very friendly and extremely helpful. Great service.

Badly. The stain is not mahogany. It looks more like a pecan. I called her fairly soon after she left the leaf to report that the stain not only didn't exactly match (which I didn't expect), but that the stain appeared to be a pecan. She said that it would be repaired. I had a medical problem so I didn't push to get the repair completed since she said it would be repaired and I assumed that since she had such as good Angie's list score, that her word would be adequate. I've called several times over the last year and at least 3 times this month and left messages. No response.

I made at least 4 attempts to set up service. Got one response, but then never could get a hold of again to set up a time to get my chairs fixed. To Angie's lists credit, they did refund the price I paid for the deal after I showed them proof of my attempts ts set up service with the provider to no avail. Angie's list gets an A, New Life Restoration gets an F.

They felt it was not needed at this time, but will come by at a later date when the work is needed.

This was a big deal purchase. Some of the work we are happy with -- some of the work we are not happy with. Then, we had a little kerfuffle where they had a piece of furniture, but we had to kind of encourage her to bring the furniture back. It just took a while for that particular piece of furniture. They were nice folks.

Again, qote was too high, and did not use them.

It went great. Am getting them to do more. Easy to work with.

This was a $99 big deal for two hours worth of work. We are still working with them. We are sort of feeding him a chair at a time. I think they are great. They are reasonably priced and they do excellent work. I just can't fault them. I would rate them excellent so far. So far we have used, I think, about $150.

Set the initial date up and went over everything. It was very expensive, so we said that we needed to get back with her on it. In the meantime an appointment was missed on her end so we set another one up that we unfortunately missed on our end. Went back to communication via email. In the meantime, the promotional deal expired, and contact after that became non existent. Her professionalism was fair to be honest, however the rest of this process has been less than fortunate. *UPDATE* Angies List corrected this transaction, so I am upgrading my experience based on that, as well as an initial immediate response from vendor (although none following had occurred).

I was pleased with everything until our delivery date came and went. Jackie knew what she was talking about...very knowledgeable. we lost followup communication about the fabric being delayed. Delivery happened 11 days after promised but is EXACTLY what we wanted.

It turned out well. They were going to change an extreme amount over but they did that. They did it slowly and they did to reach out to me. It was not exceptional. I never got any feedback.

That was interesting. The lady came over and picked the stuff and then suppose to deliver it a certain time and she asked for more time. We gave her that extension and then they asked for another extension. They finally got done but there was a piece missing. It looks like they did a pretty good job. The replacement part, the one she brought in, it was dislodged. Then she just popped it in. They could have glued it down real good like the other pieces so it wasn't able to come off to make it have been better.

I bought an Angie's List Deal and was contacted quickly. I was pleased that they offered pick up and delivery, as this chair was too big to fit into my car. It had been broken for years because I just wasn't sure how to get it to someone to get fixed. They were on time for both pickup and delivery and the chair works well again. I have recommended them to others already.

The repair was done but I could have done the same myself with glue and a clamp worth about $20.00.

Jackie was enthusiastic and very good about listing the repairs and giving us the estimates for each piece. We were impressed with the work performed and will contact Jackie again if we need her services in the future. There were no surprise additions to her estimate--which was a pleasant surprise . Our "C" for responsiveness was due to our expectation that a provider should respond to a customer within 24 hours and at times that response time lagged. Even so, as I mentioned earlier we would use her services again.

I had a desk I inherited from my mother restored, and a broken dresser drawer fixed. Jackie and her crew are very nice folks to work with, and very responsive. The results were great -- desk looks fantastic, and the dresser drawer works well. I am so pleased I am having an old chair restored. I highly recommend them.

Very well. He did an excellent job. I had additional work done so it exceeded the deal price. They showed up when they said they would. They gave me a price right then and there.

The guy was great and very nice, however, they weren't able to perform the service and suggested I contact Angie's List for a refund.

They didn't call back for weeks. Then we received an email saying they were still trying to find the parts. Weeks went by and I called again. No reply. They never performed the service.

We had used this contractor a year ago for other outdoor furniture work ( lawn chair restrapping, new cushions) and were very satisfied with the work. Materials and final work product is good, Jackie is very knowledgeable about the product and what will look good. She is very polite and courteous. However, she was consistently late to appointments, and did not follow through on requests to contact us without us having to call repeatedly. Overall quality of cushion work is good but had to send back the piano bench cover for an unfinished underside, which she had not picked up on; and the repainted furniture came back with some of the plastic umbrella hole covers or bottom sliders missing. Had to call her several times to get these minor issues resolved. We did eventually get it all resolved with a good final product, but my husband got very annoyed with her lack of followthrough.

It was great! It was wonderful overall. I would use them again in the future.

Very nice people to work with, they did the work in a timely and professional manner, and I wil be back for more upholstery work in the future.

The work was not done on time and they had some issues with the work. We had some troubles with scheduling and I had to make several trips to them. They worked with us on my chair and they were very apologetic.

Had this vendor do repairs for a move claim approved in the fall 2014. Three items picked up for repair at their shop. Other work performed by a subcontractor to touch-up furniture in my home. Overall, touch-up work was acceptably good but he wasn't the one who looked at the furniture when the quote was provided in August 2014 so was unfamiliar with what needed to be done. Had to point out a few places he missed but he did the repairs. Vendor returned the three pieces 90 minutes late after the subcontractor left. Two pieces were rejected due to poor quality of repair - one glued piece was not smooth and refinished; a second piece had gaps and dried glue dripping from the repaired location. Vendor took pieces back and returned them four days later - repairs were better and acceptable, not highest quality repairs. I paid a premium price for these repairs and expected better quality overall with the workmanship and attention to detail, especially for the time spent. As they didn't disagree with me when I raised concerns or change the quotation for the work performed, I gave them a good rating overall but will try someone else next time I need such services.
