Description of Work: They came out and fixed a leak which involved replacing copper/cast iron pipe with PVC, replumbed the water heater. Then when my new appliances arrived they came back out and hooked up the dishwasher which required redoing the plumbing for it and hooked up the dryer which also required extra work. They never batted an eye at any of my questions and the main plumber even gave me his personal cell in case we had more questions or needed help. 3Ds will get any future plumbing jobs I have done!

+ -1 moreI would give them a very poor rating. I would never use them nor would I recommend them. They responded as well as you could ask for; they were there when I expected them to be. However, they charged me for basically nothing.
Description of Work: I used 3-D’s Plumbing in 2004. I had a plumbing problem and they came out to my house. They determined that the problem was covered by the city because it was with the city equipment and not my homeowner’s. They were there for ten minutes and charged me $90.

+ 0 moreWe hired 3D's to install our new dishwasher and haul off the old one. They were professional on the phone, arrived on time, and got the work done quickly. The connection (our house is very old) needed some valves to make it work (going from a small hose to a bigger one) and they were able to do this for us and not charge us any extra for it. The 'kit' we would have had to buy was $45! I would call them again anytime.
Description of Work: Install a new dishwasher, remove the old, and haul it off.

+ 5 moreStart to finish the work crew spent 45 minutes clearing not only the sewer line coming from the washing machine by taking the equipment to the roof and cleaning through the vent pipe, they cleared the chronically slow bathtub drain ( making it through the antique box trap on the first try).
