3D's Plumbing

Had a serious leak on a Friday night under the house. The men arrived quickly and made needed repairs in less than an hour and a half. They were very courteous. Second time I have used the company and I highly recommend 3D’s.

The first pair that came, fixed it half way and suggested my husband go-to the vintage plumbing store the next day to get parts to complete the job. He tried but was unsuccessful.So we had to call them back on a Saturday. A different pair of plumbers came to finish the job. We ended up having to pay 3 times what we should have had to pay if the first guys had fixed it in the first place.

Was done in timely manner and workers were very hospitable

Plumbers arrived quickly and they quickly found the source of the leak under the sink. They replaced the affected hardware and the leak stopped. The plumbers were very polite and professional. Since it was a Saturday, the cost was time and a half. So it was a bit expensive, but it was an emergency so it needed to be done. I am satisfied with the experience and I would hire 3Ds plumbing again.

Excellent response and service. We have also had them out after this repair for another leak. That call went great as well.

Nothing like starting off the day with a clogged kitchen sink. Panic set in as I wondered if the work could possibly be done that day. I called 3D's Plumbing at 8 a.m. and was warmly greeted and reassured that they would come out not only that day BUT possibly that very morning. And it was that morning! From my phone call at 8 a.m. until their technician finished clearing the clogged line at 9:40 a.m. was one hour and forty minutes. To sum up my review, we feel that 3D's Plumbing is highly invested in providing friendly, prompt and cost effective services to the Concho Valley.

They were very courteous. They were quick to respond and provide an estimate. The estimate was free. There were no surprises with the work/quote. We were pleased with the price for the work that was done. The guy was friendly. The work was completed in less than a day. The clean up was like they were never here.

It went well! The plumber and his assistant arrived promptly on time, were courteous and professional, kept the mess to a minimum, and did the work quickly while keeping me informed of their progress. It was not an easy job and involved getting into the crawlspace to wrestle with the old cast iron pipe. The whole operation took six hours. They hauled out the old fixtures, and left the room as I asked them to: ready for me to fix the drywall, which they cut in a perfect rectangle, and install a new toilet and sink base cabinet. I really could not have asked for the job to go any better.

It was excellent. The workers were very prompt. The workers and the staff were super friendly. I would recommend them.

I have no dislikes at all. The guy that came out was very honest and gave me good advice, he was very helpful.

Pretty good! They are a little bit more expensive than the other companies, however they seem to be kind of reliable and know what they are doing.

we had new granite counters installed,we didn't know we where to hire a plumber to install the faucets.Thursday with everything in a mess we where told. We called 3 D talked to a sweet lady that said she would have someone call in the morning when they where on their way. We are new in San Angelo (here's my hateful note about San Angelo I thought will call when on they way? yea right heard that before!!How ever they did and they where .It seemed to be more complicated than first thought and it did take 5 to 6 hours to fix and it was expensive. However when you have no water and want it asap then it wasn't expensive. I read reviews about the cost on here. I'm sure at the moment they called the cost wasn't the issue,they want it fixed and fixed now.They cleaned up everything even wiped off the area,Yes i will call again for sure

The provider cleaned and replaced the intake fittings to correct the problem. No issues since. Already have contacted them to replace bathroom fixtures and the kitchen sink faucet after a new floor is installed in kitchen and bath.

Called on a Wednesday morning and set the appointment for after lunch, said they would call when someone was headed that way. Ran home after lunch and received a call at 1:10, said they were on the way. The crew showed up within 10 minutes, I described the problem showed them the cleanout they opened it and confirmed the suspicion that there was a plug. They got out their equipment and 10 minutes later they had it cleared and ready to go. The crew that came to the house was very courteous and knew what they were doing. Happy Happy Happy!

My experience went very well. The staff was professional and friendly while visiting. The pricing was reasonable and I would recommend this company to others.

MY MOTHER HAD BEEN HOSPITALIZED PREVIOUSLY, MY DAD HOME ALONE WAS HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE KITCHEN SINK NOT DRAINING. WE WERE UNABLE TO GET SERVICE FROM HIS USUAL PLUMBER AND REVIEWED OPTIONS ON ANGIE'S LIST AND SELECTED 3D PLUMBING FROM THE COMPANIES PROVIDED. WE WERE ABLE TO SET UP AND APPOINTMENT FOR THE SAME DAY. HOWEVER I WAS INFORMED THAT THEY WOULD BE OUT LATER THAN EXPECTED, MY MOTHER WAS SCHEDULED FOR SURGERY THE VERY SAME DAY. I CONTACTED THE OFFICE TO EXPLAIN I NEEDED TO RETURN TO THE HOSPITAL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THE OFFICE RECEPTIONIST PLACED US AT THE TOP OF THE LIST AND THEY RESPONDED IN 20 MINUTES AND HAD THE PROBLEM RESOLVED IN 45 MINUTES. I AM SO GRATEFUL TO THEM FOR THE QUICK RESPONSE AND RESOLUTION. MY PARENTS NOW HAVE A NEW PLUMBING SERVICE.

I gave them a call and the asked if I could get an estimate of what could be done. I was told that they had to come out and look at it first and that it would be free to take a look. I thought, "Great!" But when they came out the guy looked at the pipes and plumbing for about 20 min before saying he couldn't figure out why the plumbing was acting the way it was but he would have to call someone in on it. I told him that was fine and I appreciated his honesty but a little upset I had someone so inexperienced come to my home for nothing. He said he would send someone to come back out but no one ever did

My faucet would not shut off and it was around 4pm. I called 3 D's because I did not want the water to run all night. They showed up about 2 hours later and could not shut off the water at the meter. I called the dity, a guy showed up said it was turned off but it really wasn't and so the plumber just took off the old faucet and managed to put on a new one.

Showed on time with helper -- had to depart for 45 minutes to get another part. While working, saw another issue and asked me if I wanted it fixed, which I confirmed. Overall, excellent, professional service

I was afraid that they would come in and tell me I had to replace my water heater. Instead they worked on the issues causing the problems. Upon entering they were very professional, friendly and worked quickly. They worked around my schedule and made sure I was satisfied with the work. Will for sure call this company in the future for any plumbing needs!!

The backyard had water standing in an area where I had seen PVC clean out lids. Toilets wouldn't flush, clothes washer made other toilets bubble & bad (not to mention embarrassing) smell in back yard. I called on a Friday and the person answering the phone was very nice an scheduled me for the following Monday. She sent someone out to find the access to the septic, she had the cameras ready just in case it couldn't be easily located. However, we found it and they emptied it. Painless. Even the bill was much better than I anticipated.

They tested the sewer line of a home undergoing inspection for purchase. They used a camera to visualize any breaches in the line.

A tenant in a rental property called and said there was water leaking ouside the master bath whenever someone took a shower in the other bath. He thought the leak was coming from beneath the tub in the master bath. I called 3D and had them arrange a time to come out with the tenant to take care of the problem. They came out and found a leak in the pipe leading to the shower (behind the wall). They had to cut out a small section of the wall to repair the leak.
