Description of Work: Work perfomed was a complete renovation of the guest bathroom. If you are looking for a company that strives for customer satisfaction Bledsaw Construction & Design is you contractor. I have worked with many contractors in the past and was never 100% satisfied. Yes, they did a good job but would change something or talk me out of something or if they made a mistake they would want to charge me to fix it and so on. Wanda and her site manage Carl, were patient and always willing to adjust things as we went. If a mistake was made on their part they fixed it with a smile on their face and did not charge me. This was what really please me the most: The installer of my sink installed the wrong shape sink. I felt bad because they were going to have to take off the counter top and replace the sink. I expressed this to the site manager and he said to me " if you want the other sink then we will make the change, we want you to be happy". Now, who would talk you into giving them more work and cost them to lose money. They replaced the sink with a bigger one that cost more and never charged me for the upgrade. And did a great job with the replacement. I spoke with Carl everyday to go over what work would be conducted. If something changed he would call me to discuss the change. He was really easy to work with. This is a great company. You won't be disappointed!

+ 4 moreWanda Bledsaw helped with my parents? house getting it ready to be sold. They also took care of a few things that the buyer wanted fixed. They are going to work on my house too. We are in the process of doing quite a bit. In my house, we are using them to redo the pool, remodel two bathrooms and a kitchen, change the front door, replace a window with a broken seal and do painting work. We haven?t gotten all the quotes and are waiting for them. So far, it has been an absolute pleasure working with them. They work in conjunction with another company that does the decorating and design. Wanda is dependable; she always gives me answers promptly and returns calls promptly. We are just beginning, but so far, we have been very satisfied. They are excellent. We would recommend them to others and would rate them highly.

+ 4 moreBledsaw Construction & Design were very prompt. I called a number of companies and they were the first one to respond. They were very professional and the quote was very detailed.
Description of Work: Bledsaw Construction & Design gave us a quote for kitchen and bathroom remodeling. They quoted us for are gutting the kitchen and replacing everything and then two bathrooms as well. This also included doing an entry way and a little bar area.

+ 0 moreOn time and not much mess (except for dust from tearing out tile). The crews were diligent and Ms. Bledsaw was exceptional in her supervision, followup, etc.. All superlatives and would highly recommend her services for any remodel job large or small. Her prices were discussed in detail up front and there were no surprises.. Good value..
Description of Work: Took out old garden style tub, cultured marble shower and tile flooring out of master bath.. Plumbing under bathtub capped off and re mudded to facilitate new floor tile. Replaced old shower with complete new walkin tile shower (6 foot long) and retiled whole bath floor. Added decorative tile on outside of shower to match.

+ 1 moreThe first estimate was for a partial rebuild, but after removing the damaged area, we found termite damage, so the whole porch had to be rebuilt. The Bledsaw Construciton and Design Company was very professionl. They provided detailed contracts that listed all work. When the damage was discovered, they added a change order with the new estimate. The work was done quickly and professionally. We also added a few other small exterior repairs for minimal cost.
Description of Work: The front porch with a balcony on the roof and a gutter system was rebuilt.

+ 6 moreShe was great to work with. She is easy to talk to and great at following up with you. She is very knowledgeable and always tries to save you money. She is very particular about the people she used to do the work. The cabinetry people she uses are second to none. I have really enjoyed working with, her follow up is excellent and I really appreciate that. I was really happy with her work and have since recommended her to many others.
Description of Work: She oversaw the complete remodel of my kitchen and bathroom. She completely gutted the bathroom, and gutted most of the kitchen. Her work was extensive and exceptional. It included drywall, painting, and cabinetry, etc.
