Williamson Foundation Repair offers serves the DFW and surrounding areas. Williamson Foundation Repair installs all 3 primary types of piers: ★ Double-Walled Steel Piers driven to rock ★ High-Strength Concrete Pilings driven to rock ★ Drilled Concrete Pier Quality repairs on both slab and pier-and-beam foundations. We also repair and replace structural wood members under pier-and-beam homes, level houses of all kinds, and install both area drains and French drains to improve drainage around your home.

Services we don't offer

We do not level or repair driveways, patios, or pool decks as they are typically too thin to handle the point-load stresses of traditional foundation repair methods.

Description of Work: Installed 13 foundation piers. The crew showed up a little earlier than expected - which is OK. Finished the job on the same day as they advised they would. I have two rows of bushes across the entire front of the house. I understood the row closest to the house was likely going to be killed due to the work but asked if they would try to work to not kill the front row. This confined the workers some but the did not hurt the front row of shrubs so you can't tell work was done to the house. Lots of good work by the crew. Even the places where they stacked dirt on my front yard as they dug holes did not show dirt/damage after they moved it back to where they dug. Initial quality of work was good but time will answer the longer term functionality question.
