We had a crack in our tile floor and a door that would not latch. He came and checked and measured the whole house (free inspection) and we did not have any foundation problems at this time. Very honest and professional. Recommendations given to insure good foundation. The company will keep all information from foundation inspection in case we notice any more changes.

Went very well. I'm a remote landlord and both my tenant and I were pleased. Job was done quickly and results were great. Gaps in the house closed up, no complaints in the 1.5 years since. Communication was excellent. I asked a neighbor to look in on the work and he was impressed. Only thing that could have been better would be flattening or removal of excess dirt at the end of the job, but the site was cleaned up otherwise. Over time, the soil settles back in around the piers anyway. I got a great price for being a member of Lifestyles Unlimited real estate investors group.

It went great. They were scheduled to come out on 5-21 but due to rain had to postpone until the next day. They arrived the next day and a crew of three hardworking guys had it completed by around 4. Williamson was always responsive and courteous with keeping me posted on everything. The next day I got to see the French drain in action due to heavy rain fall and it worked great. They also followed up via email numerous times.

I chose to get a second opinion rather than go with warranty repair from the previous foundation company who had worked on my home in 2012. Mr. Selvyn DeLeon was the technician from Williamson Foundation who arrived to inspect my home. After taking measurements inside the house, he took several pictures under the house which revealed that we had no support in the center of the house and also, the poor work done by the previous foundation company. The inspection with Williamson was much more thorough than with any other company I contacted for estimates. I decided to have Williamson do the work on my home because of the thorough inspection Selvyn performed, his genuine concern to fix my home properly and his professionalism as a representative for the company. And also because of their excellent reviews on Angie's List. Work began early on Monday, April 6 and was completed in four days as was promised. Selvyn and his work crew did an excellent job. They were respectful of being in my home and intruding on our privacy for four days. It was so reassuring to watch them pay special attention to details in all aspects of the job. The majority of the work had to be done under the house in minimal crawl space. They went above and beyond to get the job done right. I have total respect for those men and the difficult job they have and how hard they work to do it right. I highly recommend Williamson Foundation Repair if you are looking for someone who will do the job right.

Mr. Phil Miesner came out to do an inspection of a property we have listed for sale. After being told we needed 10 piers by a not so reputable company, I felt the need to have other opinions. Mr. Miesner was very professional and through about pointing out things he found. At the end of the day, he was honest and told us that he DID NOT see enough damage for concern at that he didn't think repairs were needed at this time. We appreciate his honesty and wish more folks could follow suit. Thank you for your time and coming out to look at our house!

Roger, the owner, came out and explained everything to me that was going to be done. Very nice and professional. The 3 guys that worked on the project were extremely hard workers. The job took about 1 1/2 days due to the interior piers. They cleaned up everything and our house is back in order. I would highly recommend them.

Roger Williamson (owner) did the original estimate on the job (we contacted five companies that do this type work). He used the best technology and provided the best explanation of the work that needed to be done. The crew experienced some problems on the road and arrived later than the original agreed-upon time. However, they put in the extra effort, worked late and finished the job in one day. They did a good job of cleaning up after all the excavation work. Roger explained the whole repair process, which we appreciated very much. As it turned out, less work was actually required than the original estimate and our final billing was reduced accordingly. Have to commend Roger and his crew for their honesty. A couple of minor problems came up, but these were corrected quickly and professionally and with no additional cost to us. After the piers were installed, a final evaluation was done to show the effects of the slab corrections. Williamson's warranty is the best of all the ones we checked out. I would use Williamson again and would recommend them without hesitation.

It went on as per plan. They don't try to upsell anything. They strictly go by whatever the PE says in his report. And i get to choose the PE. The workers showed up on time, and finished on time. All the plants surrounding the foundation were taken out, and put back in after the work was done. One died, but the rest survived.

They were okay. They were very professional, they were here when they said they were gonna come, did the estimate and it was very good. It was not cheap as the other people were.

Williamson had leveled the foundation for the previous owners of this house (2009), but one corner/wall was not done at that time, and had subsequently settled. They came to evaluate in late September (9/13), made measurements, etc., and gave me an estimate that day. We agreed to go ahead, and did the work in November. The work took most of a day, was not too much of a disruption. The crew cleaned up well, and all the soil around the house has settled nicely. They also arranged for the post-leveling check of the plumbing, which showed no problems. After 7 months, I've detected no further motion of the foundation, so am very satisfied with this job.

Perfect! 3 Guys showed up about 8a (give or take) started digging and have most of the holes dug when Rodger (the owner) showed up to check on them and talk to me about the process. I think they spent more time digging then actually leveling the house. Rodger walked around with me during the process and after the process and made everything everything was perfect and honestly, I generally don't write reviews, but between how nice and informative he was when he was here plus his assistant texting me the night before updating me - I couldn't of asked for a better experience!! Thanks Rodger!!

Went pretty well in so much that they were able to arrange work to be done at a time scheduled to coincide with when I could be there to let them into the house to do the work as well as my being there for any questions or problems(which I highly recommend anyone doing this sort of work do!). The team he has were very fast at getting the work done! They seemed to know what they were doing through most of the jack-hammering and digging! The major problem I had, after they gathered their stuff and considered the project finished, was that there was a gaping crack between the ceiling and wall of my kitchen that had not been corrected; along with a front door that was not set/adjusted to where it would close or lock properly. I contacted Mr Williamson about the problem who came by a few days later to look at the problem. He then did the work necessary to get the problem taken care of. With the result of the lifting, a problem resulted where a sort of "squeeze" effect of the lifting occurred along an air -duct part of the house; but that is somewhat understandable considering house movment in this sort of procedure. I have not had any follow-up from this company, as to any other concerns that I might have; but I guess they might not do that. Overall, I am fairly satisfied with the results of the work, and my house seems to be more stable and solid, in my opinion.

I cannot say enough good things about Williamson Foundation Repair. The owner, Roger Williamson, came by both days that the crew was working. They did an excellent job and we are so pleased with the work that they did!! I highly recommend them.

Roger and Sarah were great to work with. I strongly recommend them. They were attentive to all needs and delivered exactly what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it, & at the price they quoted. The job took one day, and they arrived on time and Roger (the owner) supervised all the work. The only complaint that I had was when the workers were finished and did the final cleanup, they didn't use enough water when they cleaned out the concrete and left some concrete in my yard. But in their defense it was dark and I didn't see the concrete until the next day in the sunlight. Very minor flaw and when compared against the quality of their work, inconsequential for me to clean. I would definitely use them again.

Roger Willamson's (owner) team was punctual and completed the work timely. Roger also personally supervised the work. I would recommend Williamson Foundation Repair to any homeowner who has 1950's era pier and beam foundations!
