Description of Work: Larry came to my home to provide an estimate on replacing exterior French doors. He was very professional and thorough. The disappointing thing is that Larry never followed-up with any proposal. He did state it would take a week to send a proposal. To this day I have not heard from Southern Pride Openings. I'm not really sure what happened.

Description of Work: Tom Herald was wonderful to work with. He found a French door to match another set close by and made sure the plantation shutters would fit back on and look the same as the two sets of doors were next to each other in the living room. Any little issue that came up he was quite helpful to resolve. This is a bug deal to me as most of the time people just leave you hanging to deal with any problem that comes up along the way. I will absolutely call Southern Pride again if I ever need a window or door replaced. Great job!!

Description of Work: We badly needed a door 6 panel exterior door replaced. Tom and Justin are the best. I found their suggestions for replacing the door to be practical vs. trying to get me to buy services or products that we didn't need. They went above and beyond and were very thorough, clean, and knowledgeable. Terrific southern customer service, fast, and affordable. I felt safe around them both without my husband meeting to be present.

Description of Work: We had Tom with Southern Pride install doors for us. He could not have been more professional. The work they did was very detailed and top notch. Both he and his partner were very helpful and kept us apprised of the work they were performing. I would defintely recommend him to anyone. Thank you!
