Description of Work: Even though they did not work on my washer what they did do is respond to my initial call before any other company. They had a helpful and knowledgeable person on the phone. They ordered the part. Called back to and gave me an update. As it was the machine stopped what it was doing and I didn't end up needing them but I will surely call them back when I need a repair company.

Description of Work: They were great. I have used them twice & each time that I called, they asked a few questions & diagnosed the problem. The repairman was very prompt & professional. I have referred them to a friend when they had washing machine problems. I would most definite call them again if the occasion arises.

Description of Work: Evaluated and fixed 35 year old MayTag washer.

Description of Work: "Called to have them service my whirlpool cabrio dryer - the belt fell off. The tech was on time and was familiar with these machines. He tested it and it worked and he left. 2 loads later the dryer was not working and the belt had come off again. Called again and tech was sent out. Again the same tech and arrived on time (big plus) when you are taking time off work. He used lock tight (sp) to hold the belt on and left. Was told not to use it for 24 hours. Went to use it 24 hours later and the dryer would not start all of a sudden. Called first thing Saturday morning - I was not happy that the tech couldn’t come out that day - this was my 3rd service call for the same issue and I felt that I should have been put on top priority to have it fixed so that was disappointing that they told me I would have to wait to Monday when I explained I had 2 big events that weekend and needed clean clothes. The tech came Monday (had to take off work again) but the tech was on time and found out that the tech forgot to hook something up correctly. I felt that I should have been compensated back some of my money for having to wait till Monday to have it fixed and this being the techs fault. I do appreciate the tech being on time. I used this company because my father had great service from them on one of their appliances. I think the only downfall was in the customer service and the need to realize that 3 service calls deserves more attention. I would give this a c, I would have given a B or even an A if someone would have compensated me back some of my money I paid to have the problem fixed in one service call."
