Was able to come same day I called. Showed up on time and fixed dryer quickly. Explained things that would help me keep from having problems in future. Professional and courteous. Would use again. Price of a service call (for just an estimate) seems too high ($70). Not a long drive to my place so would not have been a happy camper if that was all he did. So if you just want an estimate best be prepared.

Excellent service; arrived within 20 minutes of phone call on a Saturday. After diagnosing the problem, serviceman had to leave to secure the appropriate part; was back within 30 minutes; fixed the problem and also found a piece of cardboard blocking a vent at the back of the refrigerator which could cause problems in the future. Awesome service...would definitely use Tri City again!

My washer started getting loud during operation and would go out of balance frequently. Then it stopped spinning and really got loud. I called Tri-City and gave them the information. They said due to the age of the washer and the cost of repair that it would be best just to replace the unit.
Description of Work: Tri-City took in all the needed info from me and then made the assesment to have me replace the washer rather than try and fix the old unit. Saved me the price of a visit. I did not buy the new unit from from them so they nothing to gain by telling me to replace the old washer.

It took two trips to get the new dishwasher installed because the water valves were stuck and I had to get a plumber to come and replace them before the installation. Very pleased with the end result. Not sure about the price because I didn't take the time to compare prices. The last one I had installed (different brand) cost $100 less, but this time I was in a hurry to get it done and it was done quickly and efficiently.

There service was friendly, fast and our dryer is running smoothly. We really appreciate good service.
Description of Work: Contacted Tri-City about our Whirlpool dryer, the person who answered the phone suggested troubleshooting the problem before sending someone out. If the problem could be fixed, we would save the price of a service call. After performing the test we called Tri-City back and they came out the same day and replaced the heating element. The service person also checked our dishwasher while he was here, and did not charge extra for it.

We have an oven with self cleaning. It washes itself when you put it in self cleaning mode. My oven didn?t unlock for some reason. I called them instead of buying a new oven. So they came out to fix it and everything was good. They were on time and were friendly. They did a good job as well.

Came out same day that I contacted them, quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the broken tubing. Also changed the in-line filter in the water supply line. Two fixed charges: one for replacing the broken line between the valve and the icemaker, one for replacing the filter. Total cost $120.
Description of Work: Icemaker wasn't working right and water was coming out of the bottom of the refrigerator.
