Description of Work: James and his coworker came to give an estimate on our AC issue within a couple hours of my original phone call. They were on time, polite, efficient, and $2000 less than the other company I called for a quote. We decided to replace the full unit rather than do a costly repair and the Texas Air Conditioning Specialist came out and replaced the full unit that day. They gave us an estimate at noon, came back at 3pm to do the install, and we had a new AC by nighttime. We were very thankful! We thought there was an issue the next day and the company came back to assess the potential problem, which turned out to be no problem at all. We are very grateful for our new AC!

Description of Work: mr.perez, the service manager,mr.tory watts and the rest of the installation crew were truly wonderful. the job turned out not to be a simple installation but presented some unanticipated problems. they stayed with the project,were at all times professional, and thanks to their efforts i now have a new and functional ac/heating system.i intend to use them for maintenance and any other ac/heating services that may be necessary in the future.

Description of Work: They determined that the exterior unit had completely lost its freon, found a cracked tube, and provided an estimate for repairs. The estimator then arranged for a technician to return later that day to complete the repair. All seemed to go well, and the unit is working fine.

Description of Work: I just had a estimate for ac/heating units to be replace. Thomas arrived at my house on time and gave a honst and thorough estimate what it would cost. I didn't select Texas Air only because I dicided to buy a different unit. All In all Thomas and Texas Air were promp and courteous.

Description of Work: I had called another A/C company to repair a/c not cooling 3 times. Each time it worked for a week or two and then quit cooling again. I called Texas Air Conditioning Specialists on a Sunday and they came out the same day. They said that the wiring work that the previous co. did was not up to code. They repaired it within an hour or so. They were timely, professional, reasonably priced, and explained everything they did. I would definitely use them again and refer them to friends.
