With over 100 years combined experience in the heating and cooling field. We are a Trane Comfort Specialist Dealer. Selling high quality Trane products. I didn't have to wait long for an appointment and they worked with my work schedule. The service guy was very professional and helpful. Arrived on time and did a good job. I would use them again.
Description of Work: My heat pump was checked, both inside and outside units. Freon checked, programmable thermostat checked. He cleaned out the drain with bleach.

It is normally a $120 service. The company came out on the wrong day, three days early, and essentially made sure my system was plugged in and working, which I already knew. They then asked for $140 for Freon, which is all I really needed.

we made an appointment with this costumer and arrived on the date agreed on. If a customer has a problem with unit it no longer a tune up Unit was not working properly do to being low on Refrigerant. Costumer refused to pay for Repair.

They were great and easy to work with. They kept the place clean and cleaned up everything when they were finished. I had two units replaced with top of the line trane units. They had to remove the units out of the attic and redo ductwork. I highly recommend them.

They came on Sunday. I had called that Sunday morning and didn't think I would get anybody. Their responsiveness was really good. I used them again that Thursday for the water heater.
Description of Work: I used SOS Mechanical to put in a 10-year warranted water heater. Before that I had an air conditioner break on Saturday night of the 4th of July weekend and they fixed it.

They switched us to a zoned system. They are always prompt for service. The service sales guy was amazing. He came out several times and worked with us because we weren't sure if we wanted to replace what we had or if we wanted to zone. They had to wait for our equity line to be approved and they didn't blink an eye about it. As soon as we were ready, they came out within 2 weeks and put everything in. They cleaned up after themselves and they sent somebody back out to fix anything that got damaged because it was a major home improvement. We put in a bigger system so they had to pull the frame off of our door and they sent somebody out to fix everything. We were extremely pleased with them. Their price was fair and competitive. We put in the Cadillac of air conditioning systems so it was an expensive job but their price was one of the best. After the year warranty we purchased a maintenance contract with them.
Description of Work: We used SOS Mechanical to put in an entire air conditioning, heating and ductwork system in our home.
