We hired Personal Castles a few months back to do a monthly cleaning. We've had a couple of other services with varying results, but this company does a fantastic job every time. The owner did a walkthrough with me the first time and asked what details I wanted. They've gone above and beyond each time and I can't recommend them enough.

I was very impressed with Jean Claude. As a family business, it is very clear that excellent service is important to him personally, and a hallmark of their successful years in business. I immediately appreciated the fact they he and his workers are licensed, insured, and that his workers are better-paid for their labor than others in the same industry. The fact that so many of his workers have been with the business for 2 plus years also speaks highly for his business in an industry with traditionally high turnover rates. I have no problem in recommending this business for either commercial or residential cleaning.

I really wanted to give this company a good review but I had a bad experience. Scheduled a deep cleaning for 3200 sq foot home. Cost was $288 with biweekly follow up. Confirmation received with arrival time 830-900. After 9 I texted Jean Claude since no one arrived yet to see if I got the date wrong. Two women arrived 9:20. They were surprised it was a 2 story house. I confirmed deep clean and showed them around the house. They asked for my vacuum and I left it for them. I left soon after for an appointment. Jean Claude stopped me in the drive way. I told him I had an appointment but already went through the house with the team. I told him I expected a call that they were running late so I could adjust my appointment. He said he didn’t have time to check back on the team. I told him that I’ll call if any issues, but I didn’t expect any. I arrived back at noon and the team was finishing up. I realized they were not aware it was a deep clean (they were mopping around the kitchen mats). I called Jean Claude later that evening to let him know I did not get a deep clean service (he sounded surprised) but then said “they were told they were going to clean a different house and it was changed last minute “ I sent some pictures of things that I cleaned myself (shower and toilets) Jean Claude changed the charge to a regular cleaning (179). Jean Claude was suppose to get back to me on Monday with a plan, today is Thursday and I haven’t heard back.

An excellent experience from start to finish. J. C. made it easy to set up the schedule I wanted, and he came with the cleaner at the start of the first cleaning to understand exactly what I wanted done. And the cleaner was amazing! She did a wonderful job and was very pleasant - I felt completely comfortable with her in the house. I had been worried about finding a good cleaning service, and I'm very happy I went to Personal Castles. It was a completely satisfying experience., and I plan to have them clean my house regularly.

Personal Castle is an awesome company. I needed someone to clean my mom’s house on last minute and they came through for me. They responded fast and were able to get an incredible woman to clean my mom’s house on Sunday. She did a thorough job and the house was spotless. I totally recommend Personal Castles and would use them again.

We had a situation where Personal Castle was able to provide us with someone to clean our home last minute. She arrived in a couple hours and didn't leave till the entire house was cleaned. Our regular cleaning lady is Yolanda. She is great! She always has such good energy and is always on time. I also like the fact that she uses products that aren't harsh or too fragrant.

The service provider called me quickly after I reached out for a quote. He gave me some great information to help with my garage stain issue even though it would risk me no longer needed his services. I appreciated his help and he also gave me the information of other contractors to help with other projects I had coming up. This to me, is amazing customer service and I'd recommend him to anyone looking for an honest contractor.

JC was super responsive and accommodating in terms of getting a team out at the last minute for a weekend clean. The price was fair and he even waived the weekend up charge.
