They were very available when I needed them and they had a very good price for their work. I would definitely recommend them.

My sprinkler system came on and would not turn off even after I unplugged the controller. The only thing I knew to do was turn off the water to the house. I had used this company before for a furnace repair so I called them. I was told they couldn't work on the sprinkler system but they could have someone turn off the water line feeding the sprinklers. That was fine as I just wanted to be able to turn the water back on to the house. Someone showed up within an hour and turned off the water. I appreciated the promptness but was stunned at the charge ($119.50) for five minutes work. The plumber asked if I had been told about the call out charge and I said I had not been informed of any charges. He called in to the office and they said they had told me of the charges, which is not true. It's partly my fault as I should have asked about the cost. I was just soaking wet (from standing in the sprinklers while turning off the water) and frustrated at the situation and didn't think to ask. I said I would use them again, and I probably would, but I would certainly be clear about pricing up front.

Received a call from Mustang's office first thing in the morning after I notified my warranty company. They explained what was covered and what was not. The plumber arrived soon after and found the hot water heat could not be repaired. After checking with the office for approval from the warranty company, he went and picked up a replacement hot water heat, removed the old unit and installed a new unit. The plumber was very knowledge and did a good job.

We stripped the house down to the studs and they completely re-plumbed the house. The experience was good. I never had any conflict with them. I would use this company again.

I have used this company several different times and they are great. They beat other estimates everytime I call them. They do great work. They are an all around professional company and I enjoy having them do work for me.

The plumber arrived and reviewed the leaking valves. As he was bringing in his tools, he accidentally dropped his large can of valve goo on my recently-installed cork floor, slightly nicking and denting the veneer (he apologized). It didn't take long to replace the two valves, as he quickly removed the old ones and replaced them with new valves. I was a bit unsure about the white plumbers goo used on the valves, but maybe it's an adequate substitute for thread seal tape. I opened the kitchen faucet before the plumber left and noticed that the water pressure wasn't as high as before. The plumber removed the filter from the faucet spout and removed excess goo that had run through the line and the pressure was fine.

He was great! He was nice, courteous, he cleaned up after himself, and the work he did was great!

They told me I didn't need it but I needed a recirculation pump instead. I liked them because they are prompt and show up on time. The guys are knowledgeable and they seam pretty good.

When calling to inquire about a quote and an appointment, I was given an immediate answer. They scheduled the appointment to the day and time I requested. They were prompt, and did an excellent job replacing the sink and faucet. I was very happy with their work, and would call them again in the future.

They were professional, courteous and quick when they did the job. They were very respectful when they were in my new home and did not make any messes. I thought their price was inexpensive and will call them again if I have any further plumbing needs.

I am absolutely satisfied with all the plumbing work here. I have not had any problems that I could not handle myself. I have never called them back to come and fix anything. I would say that that should speak for itself. Also, the cost was included in the building of my home which was about $320,000.

It is a year later and all the plumbing is just fine. We have no leaks what so ever. We do have a small drip in one toilet but I am not sure if it is even anything to do with them or the builder. I would say I am completely satisfied with the work. I was not present during construction so I never met them. My builder actually hired and paid them.

THE GUY WHO CAME WAS EXPERIENCED AND POLITE. HE QUICKLY TESTED AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING AS HE PERFORMED THE TEST.
