Description of Work: Company didi initial "deep" cleaning in December. Did not make initial appointment due to "scheduling difficulty" and I had to call to reschedule. When service was done, multiple items were missed including leaving rugs rolled up or stacked without putting back over hardwood floors. I did not request a redo as we had house guests. Company did give a 10% discount on the initial fee. Second cleaning was done 1/11/2013. Multiple areas were missed including wall mounted makeup mirror in Master Bath, dusting of night stands in Master Bedroom and canisters on Master Bath and Kitchen counters were not wiped. I contacted company and redo service was sent. Mirrors in Master Bath were not done - this was specifically noted to company prior to redo - and coffee maker tray was not wiped as was requested. Company offered anoter redo but I declined as had already cleaned the items myself. When i received bank statement I saw that I was billed for $167 instead of the $92 I was expecting. When I called billing, I reached a recording stating leave name and number as voice mail was checked every thirty minutes and would receive a return call within 24 hours. When call was not returned, I called again and left a message. Call was returned same day and I was told the sales rep who handled my order would call me. I was contacted by Sylvia the sales rep. She told me the $167 was the standard charge for a monthly cleaning and I must have thought that I was going to receive the one maid for three hours service which was $92. She said it must have been a misunderstanding and she would note that $92 service would be done going forward. I told her I was not happy with this and would just cancel the service. She said that it was a $50 fee to cancel the service. I agreed and said to cancel. I was then transfered to another departmet to confirm. When I confirmed, my bank account was immediately debited. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Description of Work: I will never do business with these people again! I initially found Just Cleaning online and filled in the information for them to contact me on my cell phone. I was in the middle of an extensive renovation project on my home and wanted to schedule a deep clean upon completion of the project. On September 22nd, Sylvia Marinez from Just Cleaning called my cell phone to talk to me about setting up the appointment. We settled on the date of Wednesday, October 24th for my deep cleaning service. I communicated to her about my renovation project and that I wasn't completely sure when it would be finished, but if not by the 24th, I could call and reschedule. The project was completed and on Monday, October 22nd I responded to the confirmation email from Sylvia (send on 9/22) to confirm that the deep cleaning was a 'go' for the 24th. In that email, I again left my cell phone number and let Sylvia know of a couple of items that were really dusty from all of the work in the house (bookshelf in bedroom and armoire in living room). I also communicated that I would not be here, and that there is a cat in the house and to please pay special attention to not shutting her in the closet in the bathroom. Sylvia responded to that email that she would pass it all onto the people who would be cleaning my house. When I arrived home from work Wednesday the 24th, no one had been to my house. I had left a key under the mat. When I called the 800 # it was after hours and I left a VM with what had happened (or not happened) and asked for them to call me ASAP. On Thursday morning, I called them, they made no effort to call me. They asked me when I wanted me house clean since no one had showed the day before and I said TODAY, I had left the key under the mat again. After holding and having to call back several times, they agreed to clean my house that Thurday afternoon. They also gave me a 10% discount. When I went home Thursday night, it had not beed done AGAIN. Same thing, left a voicemail. No call back. I finally got them on the phone Friday morning, they said that they had tried to reach me Thursday to tell me that they couldn't come out, but they didn't have my cell phone (WRONG, they called me to begin with to schedule the cleaning AND I included it in my email on the 22nd). They agreed to come out THAT day and gave me another 10% discount. I was really in a bind by this time as I had friends coming to the house Friday night for dinner. So I agreed. When I got home Friday, they HAD been there, but the house WAS NOT deep cleaned. The dresser in the front bedroom had not been dusted, the mirrors in the bathroom had not been cleaned, the vanities had not been wiped down, wood floors under beds were not swept. And my cat was shut into the bathroom! I called again, and again voicemail. I had to clean the house myself because I had friends coming to the house over the weekend. Yesterday they offered to come clean again, no longer need them and they offered another 20% discount. I told them I wanted my money back. They said 'no'.

Description of Work: I began using Just Cleaning in June for an "every three weeks" schedule. The first time they came, they sent two people and did a heavy duty cleaning. I was extremely pleased with the outcome. Since then, one person comes every three weeks at 8am on the dot and cleans my house perfectly. They always leave a checklist of what was performed and I always get either a follow up call or email to make sure I was satisfied.

Description of Work: I hired Just Cleaning to perform a one time deep clean. Since it was a one time service and a deep clean the price was higher. The deep cleaning service is supposed to include all of the standard cleaning services plus: Dust Ceiling Fans, Dust Mini-Blinds, Dust Baseboards, Clean Glass Patio Door and Sweep Entry to your home.

Description of Work: They come out to the house every 2 weeks and do some general cleaning, such as bathrooms, floors, and counters.
