Description of Work: Dave replaced a cable on my lawn mower. The work was done quickly. I was very impressed with his professionalism. The cost of this repair was very reasonable. I would definitely use him again.

Description of Work: My lawnmower would not start after providing 16 years of non-tiring service. My fault since I never did any maintenance work as recommended in the lawnmower manual. Anyway, Dave promptly answered my phone. After checking out the problem, he recommended a tune-up, changing spark plugs, oil change, and sharpening of the blade. I also asked him to straighten the front wheels, which were tilted due to my misuse. I felt the price he quoted was very reasonable. He repaired the lawnmower on the day promised and even called me when it was ready. He also helped me load and unload the lawnmower from my car -- a very nice gesture indeed. The lawnmower is now working like a charm. Dave was courteous and superb in providing customer service. He took time to answer my queries. I wish all businesses should treat their customers like Dave. I would highly recommend him to anyone with lawnmower problems.

Description of Work: Honest, professional, and dedicated to his trade. He explained to me what happened to my lawn mower, why he couldn't repair it and he didn't charge for his time. Dave even offered his assistance when I explained to him that I was going to purchase another lawn mower. I called him from the store that I intended to make the purchase, I told him the models available and he provided his professional opinion on the one that I should purchase.

Description of Work: Had three pieces of lawn equipment which had been in storage and were not functioning due to the fuel/oil mix having gone bad in the heat of the storage. One of these I had taken to Austin Power Supply at least twice with very poor results.

Description of Work: He picked up and delivered my rear engine rider mower at a very reasonable cost. It wouldn't electric start. It would pull start OK. Instead of replacing the solenoid at greater expense, he repaired it. I had the rider back to me within three days. A week later I dropped off my gas trimmer and got it back in two days. It works better now that when it was brand new.
