I was closing on my new house and did not have ownership yet, Brian work with my via e-mail to give me an estimate of the cost for painting my new place while it was empty. Closing got delayed and Brian's crew could not get in to paint on the date planned. A week after I moved in we where able to reschedule the work and the price was not change because now there was furniture in the house and had to be worked around. Angles crew came to the house on time and started working instantly and never took a break (other than for lunch). These guys work hard fast and efficiently. I have never seen two men paint so many rooms (included taping, cut in, plastic down over all my floors and furniture), and so such a good job. I could not be happier with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the guys working in my house. I had to leave a few time for my work and did not have a bit of concern leaving them in my house alone. When I need additional painting done they will be the first and only painters I call Job well done

My experience with Carnival Custom Painting was excellent! Brian the owner, was at the house first thing in the morning (right on time) with his two workers. He even called me early that morning to go over the paint finish I requested since I wasn't really sure what I was wanted. He educated me and put me at ease that it was the right decision without making me feel stupid. We had them purchase the paint for us which saved us time and money. The workers were fast and professional. The rooms look great, no touch-ups needed! I will definitely use them again when we plan on painting the outside shutters. This was my first experience using professional painters and I couldn't be happier.

These guys did a great job - from showing up on time, to laying down the appropriate floor protection and taping off, it all seemed like they were interested in doing it right, not just "getting it done". Edges were right, no oops spots and they removed all plates and items they could to ensure total coverage. The paint I supplied (HGTV at SW) was not something I usually buy and I suspect added to the overall time.

Working with Carnival Custom Painting was a great experience. Scheduling the job was easy and the painters were prompt. Angel and his team did a great job, even staying over a few minutes to get the job done. They obviously care about the quality of their work and I would highly recommend them to others. The Angie's List Deal made the project a real bargain.

Their service was awesome. They were great. They were faster than they told me they would be. They were reasonably priced. I was very pleased with them.

Initial response to inquiry was quick and a detailed estimate was soon made. The same workers did all the jobs and worked the expected time. The completed work was well done and cleanup was thorough.

His work crew was on time, professional, courteous, and very good at their job. Their clean up efforts at the end of each work day were excellent. The new texturing and painting is indistinguishable from other parts of the walls. The end result is more impressive than we expected. The master bath in particular is much more light and open. We are very pleased with the work of Carnival Custom Painting.

My wife and I wanted to have our fiberglass front door stained, our new baby's bedroom's ceiling textured and the walls and ceiling painted. Brian came by and gave an estimate that was reasonable compared to the other estimates we received. He worked with us when we had a sonogram appointment, and was able to complete the job over two days, on Saturday and Sunday. The job was completed by two of his workers, which had a good eye for detail. We did request the paint be in satin, but after the job was complete I found that the leftover paint was eggshell, which will definitely be more difficult to clean in a baby's room. The other fault I found for Carnival Custom Painting was that the workers had trouble understanding much of what we said because they did not speak English well. Even so, my wife and I were able to communicate what we needed through Brian when he was here and the workers through a combination of words and pointing. When the job was finished, the front door and the baby's room looked amazing! I would use Carnival Custom Painting again but verify the paint prior to application. Update (03/18/2012): Brian e-mailed us and told us that at Sherwin-Williams, eggshell and satin are the same and encouraged us to call a Sherwin-Williams store to verify. I did so and they did indeed say that eggshell and satin are the same. Brian's team did everything we asked them to do and performed very well. I definitely recommend Carnival Custom Painting for your painting needs!

My front door was badly in need of refinishing, and I didn't want to go to the expense of complete replacement. Brian Beltran (Carnival Painting) helped me with the pros and cons of refinish versus repaint. We decided on a repaint for $265. I supplied the paint, and hardware (so, the total job was actually about $400). It looks just great. There were problems with getting the door to fit properly back into the door frame due to sagging and warping that had occurred over the years, and Brian and his team worked until it fit back into the frame properly, much better than it had been since the house was new. It took a couple extra trips, but Brian made sure the job was done right. Over the years we have had Carnival out to repaint the entire interior of our home, single rooms, and the back deck has been re-stained several times. Each time the work has been completed in a timely manner with excellent results. Brian came out each time to make sure the work was completed to our satisfaction. We can highly recommend this business

Brian Beltran and team were fantastic from start to finish. I had picked out paint colors prior to hiring them and without testing the colors on the walls. Brian's team realized the colors looked terrible and called Brian in before continuing on. I was working at the time so Brian emailed a picture to see if i wanted to keep that color... Of course I did not! We were on a tight deadline to get the walls painted so Brian came to my office that day with color pallets he was very patient and instrumental in helping me pick out the right one. He picked up the new paint and the job was done that day! They finished product was perfect their attention to detail impeccable. We loved their service so much we had them out again this time to refinish furniture and exterior doors Brian was able to match the finish to both perfectly. Again everything looked beautiful and the job was done that day!

I am very happy with them. The price was reasonable. I have obtained four different quotes and their price was in the middle. They used Sherwin Williams Duration paint. The CRU was very professional and knew what they were doing. Most of my house exterior is Hardi-Board. I was only concern about longevity of paint on fascia wood and wood trims. They did a second quote of paint on all fascia and wood trim. Also they have caulked all the gaps and around the window. I was very happy with the CRU and tipped them handsomely. It?s been about eight months and the paint still looks.

They were late showing up, took a day longer than promised and didn't know how to use some of the materials. The job was passable but was not as good as it should have been.

Initially hired them to paint our existing stained cabinets an off white oil based color. Cost was $3,000 and they did a great job. I was obsessed with getting a perfectly smooth finish, and these guys delivered. There were some issues with the finish in a couple of places, but all issues were promptly addressed, and Dave is a very nice guy to deal with. We subsequently hired them to paint the exterior of our house for around $2k, which included all the downspouts, garage door, all door and window trim and our iron railing up to the front door. Again, the crew was very nice and did a couple of extra things for us while they were here. They did a great job, were fast, and did a great job. WE obtained quotes from them to do some regular interior painting, but they wre a bot on the high side for this work, but I would very much recommend them for specialy work like cabinets, and for the exterior painting.

Estimator (Bill Eady) was thorough, responsive and professional. He listened to my needs and desires and factored them into the estimate. The painting foreman (Ricardo) was friendly and competent. The work done on the house appears to be of high quality. The (fairly minor) negatives: Significant paint was spilled on the ground; clean up was not thorough; refinishing the front door, although part of the estimate, was forgotten and led to my having to leave the front door open and unattended after Ricardo rushed to finish the job two days after the job was supposedly complete. The house looks great and I am no longer worried about rotting wood and poorly caulked windows and seams.

I was very pleased with the painting, especially the ceiling. I would gladly refer them to others. They were professional, on time and took great pride in their work. I was impressed with how quickly the job was completed. I also felt they were reasonable with their charges.

They were very pleasant professional, and fast. They finished when they said they would and were great to work with. I'm definitely going to use them again. It was a relief to have them come in and take care of everything so well.
