Description of Work: The initial meeting was confusing. There was a "helper" who received constant phone calls which I found disruptive. I think maybe her daughter had a baby or something, some personal issue. That was annoying but the biggest issue was that all the couple who provided the service did was tell me over and over again how they had been doing this for 30 some years and were great. My measure of greatness is someone who listens to me. I felt they did not do that. When the husband came to measure I think he should have discussed with me where the swags fell and how wide to make them. He made assumptions because he was the expert. I understand his thought process but was not happy with being able to see the side of the window when the shade was raised. We found a way to fix it but I would have preferred to be part of the decision. We also added pleated shades to a window. The pleat is bigger than the shades near the new ones. I think that should do have been pointed out before I ordered the new ones.

Description of Work: Installed honeycomb shades throughout the house (21 windows) and wood blinds in the gagrage. Exceptional service and love the shades and blinds. Installers were quick and estimates were the best around (4 estimates). very pleased with the quality of the product. One shade was too tight at top of the window and it was promptly replaced at no charge. Allen and Rita will take good care of you.

+ -1 moreRita and Alan are wonderful to talk to on the phone and in person. Very personable. Prompt. Efficient. Same goes for their team of installers. B given in quality of blinds, not the people, as the blinds are a little stiff to open.
Description of Work: Came to the house and brought samples of window blinds, helped me match color and valance to what already existed in the home, measured windows, ordered blinds, installed them.

They did not charge any extra for driving out to Burnet, provided very helpful suggestions for what would look good, gave me a reasonable time and cost estimate, and installed them very quickly and professionally. The installer (son of the owners) noted that one blind was slightly warped and did not hang properly, and another (a dark brown) had several small spots where the color apparently did not take properly. He insisted on replacing them, and came back several weeks later with the new ones to install them. They are an excellent service oriented, family owned company. I would highly recommend them!
Description of Work: Came out to our lake house, provided suggestions, measured all windows, and came back 6 weeks later to install the blinds.

+ -1 moreAfter the initial quotation, Alan visited twice to take measurements and make sure my requirements were met. Adjustable paper privacy-shades were put on all windows. Delivery time was 8 weeks, and the order arrived in the warehouse on the same day that I had to go on a business trip. Alan and Rita kept the shutters until my return, and then they were installed immediately. Installers were quick and professional. The shutters are beautiful. I am very pleased.

+ -1 moreBudget Blinds did a perfect installation. They were actually less expensive than another company. I was impressed that when they measured they brought samples to us to see how different types and colors of shades would work best in our house. They are excellent.
Description of Work: They installed eight wood blinds and a Roman bamboo shade for our French doors. They first came out and took the measurements.
