Todd returned my call within thirty minutes, assessed the situation and set a time to come by. He called to let me know was ahead of schedule, (no complaints there) found out what was wrong, gave me a price, fixed it. Very professional, courteous, clean, and respectable.My laundry room was actually cleaner when he left than when he got there.

Todd arrived on time as we discussed. He quickly figured out what was wrong with the ice maker, showed us what was wrong and then replaced the broken part of the unit. He was courteous and professional and didn't leave a mess behind. Great to work with.

He knew what was needed, and what was not needed, in twenty minutes.

Todd answered my voicemail almost immediately. He was very thorough when asking about the problem and explained everything for us. He arrived exactly when he said he would and was done very quickly. He told us ahead of time if we got both items fixed at once he would give us a discount, which he did. He did a great job! In addition, he was nice to our dogs. We will definitely call on him in the future.

Called Todd and explained the problem. He came out in less than a week (as he was booked all through)!! Arrived right on time and went straight to work. Very professional and polite. He showed how to check the filter and no surprise, there was a sock stuck in there. Once that was removed he ran the washer and it worked ! He charged me the exact price he'd quoted over the phone.Very pleased with the service and will definitely use his service again !

Todd arrived on time and was very courteous. I needed the washer and dryer doors changed on my front load set. Todd explained that the door on the dryer could be changed but not the washer which would leave me with the same inefficient set-up as before. Todd suggested switching them by using a longer water line. He also corrected a leaky connection and balanced them. Exceptional service is hard to find, I will use this company again & refer my friends!

Todd was very professional, polite, and punctual. He replaced the ignitor in my oven for a fair price and gave me a one year warranty on the part included in the price. I will definitely use him again and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Todd was polite, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He arrived promptly and was able to repair our refrigerator quickly. As a result we were able to save the majority of our food that was stored in the refrigerator. We will definitely call Todd the next time that we need any appliance repairs and we will recommend him to others.

Very well. I called Todd at AMS and talked about the problems with the two appliances that needed work. We made an appointment for im to come by. The day of the appointment he called and said he was headed our way and arrived early which was nice. He looked over the appliances told us he would have to order the parts and would call with an estimate. The next day he called with the estimate and we accepted it. He than scheduled another appointment to do the work. He again called when he was close and arrived early again which was great because that just doesn't happen anymore. He was in and out quickly with two jobs well done. Todd was and is very professional and honest. We will be using and recommending him in the future

After the wash cycle, my washing machine would not drain and spin. I checked Angie's List and decided on AMS Appliance. I submitted an appointment request online and Todd called back within a couple of hours. He told me he suspected it was a faulty lid switch and how much it would cost if that turned out to be the problem. We sat up an appointment for early the next day, at a time convenient to my schedule. When he arrived, within a few minutes Todd had confirmed that the lid switch was faulty and had the problem fixed very quickly. He cleaned up and put everything back the way it was when he arrived. Would definitely call AMS Appliance again.

Todd arrived when he said he would and had the part in his truck. The appointment did not take long and it was quick and painless. Todd is a professional and I would recommend him to anyone.

Todd responded quickly to my request, was very professional and fixed the problem quickly at a fair price. He set up a reasonable time window for when I could expect the service and when he found he was running late from another job, he called promptly, was appropriately apologetic and let me know when he could come while asking if that works with my schedule. Our washer started overflowing and not running through the cycle.I called AMS Appliance after reading the reviews on Angie's list.I talked with Todd, he got the make and model and said he would research and get back to me.He called later with the probable problem, and said he could order the part and set a time to put it in. He arrived right on time, and in about five minutes, said I didn't need the part, just reconnected the hose that came loose. He could have easily put in the new part and charged me, or just charged me anyway. All I paid for was the service call of $52. Very freindly and knowledegable. Very highly recomended!!!! I called AMS and left a voice mail message and my call was promptly returned. Todd and I played phone tag a few times, but he was prompt and courteous in returning my calls until we finally connected. I described the problem and provided Todd with the model number and specifics on the dishwasher. He called back in a very short amount of time with an estimate. I accepted his offer and told him to go ahead and order the part. He said that it would take about a week for the part to come in and it was about a week later when Todd contacted me to set up an appointment for the repair. He gave me a 2 hour window in which he would arrive at my location. Todd arrived on time, was professional in appearance and he performed the repair in a very efficient manner. He kept the work area clean, cleaned up after himself and took away his trash. The only element of my experience I can not give an excellent rating to is the price. After Todd and I initially talked, I checked online for the price of the part. I found the part on the Sears website for approximately $135. In my gut, I estimated that the repair would take about 1/2 hour. My thoughts were accurate as Todd was only here for approximately 30-40 minutes, so the cost of the installation and service call was $135. The only other complaint that I have was that when Todd gave me the quote, he was not clear that it was $270+ tax - he just said $270. He honored his estimate and the $15 Angie's List coupon without hesitation. In closing, I would not hesitate to use Todd again. Overall, I was very pleased.

The repair was quick, fair price and Todd was courteous and professional. We will definitely use his services for future appliance repair.

My sister was having a problem with her washer and dryer. I checked Angieslist for someone who had received high responses for servicing appliances. I selected Todd Honeycutt for this reason, and called him. He responded promptly, and set a convenient time and date. He arrived at my sister's home when he said that he would. He was efficient, and worked quickly. The charge was reasonable, and was mainly for installing the new heating unit in the dryer. I certainly will call him to repair appliances at my home; and recommend him to others.

Our dishwasher died, seemingly without warning or any symptoms -- just stopped working from one day to the next. I checked breakers, I checked voltage, from what I could tell, there was nothing I could do. The reset instructions I found in the manual did nothing, because the dishwasher was unresponsive to any buttons being pressed. Called to set up an appointment with Todd at AMS for a couple of days later. He asked a number of questions about what the dishwasher seemed to be doing or not doing, then set up the appointment time. Todd showed up, took a look underneath the dishwasher for a couple of minutes, and all of a sudden, the dishwasher sprang to life! There was a loose connection underneath that he took a minute or two to secure, then said he was done. We only ended up paying the price of a service call, as no parts were needed. Very relieved that it didn't cost an arm and a leg. I would definitely recommend this business!

The dryer was not heating and the wet clothes were just tumbling around and around. I looked on Angie's List and found that Todd at AMS Appliance had a great rating. I called Todd and he returned my call within 30 minutes. We set up an appointment for the next day. Todd showed up on time and diagnosed the problem quickly, we would require a new control panel that he would have to order. The next day Todd called to let us know the panel was ordered and we set up a time for him to install it. Once again he was on time and replaced the panel with no problems. All in all I am very satisfied with his service and assistance and would recommend him to anyone that needs appliance repairs. Thanks Todd!

Todd contacted us prior to his planned start time. He was professional and courteous over the phone. After he arrived, he was methodical in diagnosing and repairing the refrigerator. In this case it was a hinge repair, and after correcting broken hinge, suggested replacing both which he did at no additional charge. I was fully satisfied with his appearance, engagement and work.

First of all, I'm always impressed in this day and time by anyone who answers his own phone and I don't have to go through yet another "menu" of services. Todd came out within a couple of days of my call to look at my dryer. I had already paid someone else to come out and paid them a $75 service call fee only to "diagnose" the problem and tell me it would be an additional outrageous amount to repair the dryer and that it would probably be better to just buy a new one. Truth be told, I think the other repair guy just didn't want to have to pull my dryer out since my utility room is somewhat small. After reading Todd's reviews on Angies list, I decided to give it one more shot before throwing in the towel. I'm glad I did. He came out and found that the first guy's diagnosis wasn't remotely correct and was able to repair it for less than 1/2 of what the first guy told me it would cost. I can't say enough good things about him although I hesitated for a month before giving this review because I don't want him to get so busy, I won't be able to reach him next time I need him! I will definitely call him the next time I need an appliance repair.
