Todd reached out to us immediately and was able to give us a quote the next day. He was very respectful on the phone and in person. He completed the fix within 45 minutes or so and our water dispenser works like new! Easy to work with and the pricing was fair. I would definitely work with Todd again.

It went OK. Kinda like after a first date when you're not sure if you care if the phone rings again. We paid for an estimate (about $55) and a few days later - after some AMS research - we were given an estimate, a garbled voice message asking for $300. We expected a written/detailed estimate of what we were paying for and whether or not anything was warrantied. We probably weren't a good fit for AMS, given our scope of work... and our expectation.

Immediately knew what part was bad (defrost heater) and replaced it. Todd is busy, so we had to wait a couple days until he was available. Was worth it to us to wait as he has done other repairs for us and knows what he is doing.

We were thrilled with the work but the cost was exorbitant. They did everything they said they would. They came when they said they would. Maybe I would use them.

Todd was very knowledgeable, professional fairly priced. He quickly repaired our appliances and went beyond what I requested to ensure everything was working properly. He confirmed his appointment and showed up on schedule. I will definitely be using AMS Appliance for my future needs.

Other providers could not work on our Liquid Propane dryer. AMS Appliance was prompt, fixed the issue, charged what was expected (based on research from the web for similar issues/fixes). Great experience.

On initial visit he came in a week after we called. We told him it was not an emergency. Within 15 minutes he found out the problem and said he would have to order the part. He called the next day and gave us an approximate cost. Exactly one week later, he arrived early for the appointment, repaired the washer in 30 minutes and he was very pleasant and efficient about it.

After receiving a warning message on the display panel of our microwave oven, needed to be sure it was functioning properly. Todd performed a test of the magnatron and both sensors. Looks like it turned out to be a faulty message only. Everything checked out to be working properly afterall.

Right in the middle of cooking dinner, all 4 burners in our cooktop went out. I tried to re-start, but no luck. The igniters seemed to be working, but I couldn't smell any leaking gas. I turned on the burner knobs and tried to light any gas with a multi-purpose lighter. Again, no luck. Went outside to check the propane tank to verify that there was plenty in reserve, and there was. Also, did not smell any leaking gas there either. Since there seemed to be sufficient gas and all four burners were not working, I called Todd in the early evening. He responded promptly early the next morning. I described t he problem to him and he said that because there was plenty of supply and that all four burners were not working that is was most likely the gas regulator. He ordered the part for the cooktop. He then just happened to ask of there were any other valves anywhere that could have been turned- off, to which I replied that I didn't think so. Later that day, and quite by accident, I happened to check-up of my grandkids (4 and 5) who were playing outside by the driveway. They said that the hose wasn't working because when t hey tried to get water, nothing came out. I then noticed that the gas line valve was very close by the hose bib. Looks like they accidentally turned the gas valve instead of the water valve. D'oh! Valved returned to the "on" position and all four burners work again. I immediate called Todd, who graciously cancelled our order. Although he was very polite, I bet that he had a very good laugh at our expense after hanging-up from the phone call. We deserve it. Saw many good reviews about this company on Angie's List and that's why I decided to call them. Seems like a great place and I would definitely contact them again should the need arise! The provider came promptly and worked quickly to identify the problem. He repaired it directly. Since he had to move the stove/oven out from the wall, I took the opportunity to clean the sides of the oven. He was done with his repair before I was done cleaning the appiance sides! He paitently waited for me to finish so he could move the oven back into place. I mentioned to him that I was having some trouble with the burners (gas) catching fire - they were slow to ignite - so he explained the problem/reason why, and proceeded to clean the contacts to help with the problem. I sincerely appreciate the additional helpfulness and services.

Provider quickly came and was able to dislodge the debris and reset the garbage disposal. In fact, it was something I could have done myself, but I didn't know that. He kindly showed me two different ways to clear the appliance and restart it. He also left a hex screwdriver that fit the disposal in case the problem happened again. He explained the problems so that I could understand, and differentiate what was wrong and what to do when. I really appreciate that he went above and beyond to help me. He charged me the service call rate only.

Prompt. Professional. Job well done. I will definitely use this company again.

He was always on time, accommodating calling me to meeting him at home. He quickly diagnosed, ordered the part and a week later the washer was working again!

I called Todd because my washer developed a leak. He came out and diagnosed the problem, but needed to order the parts. He called me with the cost of the parts and as soon as he got them, he made an appointment to install them. He is extremely prompt and accurate with his estimates.

I was very pleased at the service. I will be calling on them again soon to replace my dishwasher and fix my dryer.

We were having problems with our dryer and he came out and swept out the vent and fixed it. He didn't charge us for the cleaning. It was a very reasonable service and we spent $137. We had to replace the temperature gauge in the the dryer as well.

We were extremely pleased with the work performed by Todd to repair our dishwasher so I asked him to come back and clean our dryer vent. He is very honest and reliable and I will definitely use AMS Appliance again.

Todd called to confirm that he was on his way. He arrived on time and went to work on cleaning the dryer duct and install a new door switch. Todd gives advice freely and has never been wrong. He discusses options and looks out for the welfare of the customer. He cleans up after his work is completed, is courteous, and is very honest.

He came out and quickly discovered it was a pump problem due to vibration. Was able to fix the problem without having to replace any parts.

Everything went well. He was in and out in about 15-20minutes. Seemed a little pricey, but that's just my opinion. I didn't shop around for price comparison I just wanted my dryer fixed. He appeared honest enough and I have no reason to think anything less. All in all - the A rating is earned.

Very prompt and completed work quickly. I would call AMS again.
