The visit went rather quick. Todd is a tall man and he was able to find the problem immediately. An object had fallen on top of the freezer door (which I could not see, due to my short stature) causing the problem. I felt like such an idiot. He was such a professional and he would not accept anything but a thank you from me. I would highly recommend him for any of your appliance repairs. Thank you very much Todd.

I called and explained the issue with both appliances. We set a date and time, both were honored. He was able to fix both appliances during the same visit, had the needed parts on the truck and both continue to work great. He is professional and communicates clearly what is needed.

I wasn't present, my husband was and all he said was that they were prompt, and the relay was repaired at the visit and everything went well, absolutely nothing negative.

It went very well. Todd called when my icemaker part came in and installed it quickly.

Todd was very prompt and very professional. The problem turned out to be a bad electrical outlet and not my dryer. He does not do electrical work. I will definitely use him again if I need any work done on my appliances.

Todd Honeycutt is awesome! I've had him out to work on both my washer and my dryer on separate instances. In this case, my dryer wasn't working. He came out, gave me an estimate, and once I gave him the ok, he had my dryer working in short order. Can't ask for better service!

Todd responded quickly to my phone call. He immediately determined what the problem was. He took a couple of days to investigate alternatives for us because the control panel is no longer produced and can't be purchased anywhere. Todd recommended having the control panel rebuilt. He came by and removed the control panel. We were without an oven for about a week. Then, Todd came back by and installed the rebuilt control panel. Each time he came to the house, he came when he said he would, did what he needed, cleaned up and left. He was in and out with no disruption to our household. I would definitely recommend Todd for any appliance repair.

I certainly expected to pay for a service call, but Todd wouldn't take any money and said that he didn't do anything and that there was no charge. Todd is an extremely honest man and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

We have a 10 yr. old GE refrigerator which operates well except for the water dispenser freezing. After talking to GE frequently, they sent us the heater free of charge. We contacted Todd who installed the device and cleaned our 10 yr. dryer cabinet. Todd was on time, efficient, courteous, and fixed the problems. I would recommend AMS Appliance to anyone who has an appliance problem. He gives free advice. Over the years we have found him to be very honest.

The problem with my refrigerator was diagnosed quickly and correctly. A part had to be ordered and soon as it came in, I was contacted and the repairman came out and installed the part. ,

He made an appointment and showed up as expected. Looked at the refrigerator and explained why the ice machine wasn't switching between cubed and crushed and showed me how to prevent the issue in the future. Only charged me the service call. Very personable and professional.

It was fast and uneventful. Todd charged exactly what he quoted and arrived in time range stated. I will definitely use him again (but not too soon, I hope).

Outstanding quality work in all respects. Not only did he fix the problem, he educated us on the likely cause of the original problem and how to minimize the chance of a repeat. He had required parts (even the surprise fix) immediately available. Work was done at the expected price, with adjustment for the additional repair. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of the work. On time, on budget, as promised, and how to avoid having to call him again. Doesn't get better.

Todd showed up on time as scheduled. Upon disassembly, Todd discovered that the belt was fine, it had just slipped its track. He put it all back together, reduced the price of the fix to allow for the fact that he didn't have to replace the belt, and we were done. Can't argue with that.

Todd was professional, courteous and friendly. On-time and reasonably priced. Great job.

He was very professional and straightforward. He was able to accurately diagnose the problem with our fridge and then our dryer. We are extremely happy with his work and we highly recommend him.

I will definitely use AMS again and recommend them to others. The repairman could have told us it was a major problem and instead he found and repaired a simple wire. It's so nice to have a positive experience with a honest repairman!

His good work saved me hundreds of dollars because I didn't have to buy a new dryer, and I am so grateful. My dryer works perfectly now. I felt totally comfortable with this individual in my home during both visits. I will definitely contact AMS again if I have problems with any of my large appliances. I definitely give this company an A+ for both efficiency and professionalism.

I called Todd for gas cooktop installation and left a message when there was no answer. Todd called back very quick and told me he does not do installation, but he gave me the phone number of a company that does. It is very nice of Toff to take time to call me back after listening to my message and knowing he will not be able to make money on this call. He is very professional.

My dishwasher appeared to be working, but it was doing a terrible job. Called Todd who gave me advice over the phone to try first, since the appliance is only 4 years old. It helped temporarily, but I decided to have him come out. Once he accessed the pump, he immediately saw what the problem was & fixed it. It was clogged up & it wasn't the nicest mess. I could see how another service could have convincingly have me replace the pump. While making sure that it was working properly I picked his brain about my cooktop which wasn't igniting properly. of course it worked perfectly for him, but he still explained what could go wrong & what to pay attention to. I was thrilled about every aspect of his work- from trying to help me on the phone, to his fair price & professional demeanor.

Todd was very professional. He was prompt to return calls and on the job. He was very patient to answer all my questions. He was very pleasent to work with and most important, he was fair on the price. I would recomment him and definitely use him in the future.

My refridgerator had been making noise after I moved. He diagnosed the problem over the phone; the drip pan had shifted during the move. I was able to fix this and the noise has stopped.

Todd knows his business and he is prompt and fair and a real pleasure to deal with. If you have a problem with an appliance I believe you will be pleased to have used AMS to solve the problem.

Back last summer we used this company to work on our dryer because we had a lot of lint accumulated. It was very hot, outside but Todd worked effeciently and got everything cleaned out. Todd is extremely professional. He came in and promptly got to work . He has been on time for both jobs, which if you ever hired anyone for appliances you know you are usually at their mercy as to when they can get to you. He was here on time if not a little early-which I appreciated. On my stove, he asked me for the model number and had the part with him upon arrival. He said he would look at it while he was here, and if it wasnt a problem with that part he would send it back at no expense to me. He fixed it, and even waited for me to vacum up crumbs that I would not be able to get to once the stove was put back together. He was finished in 20 minutes. He is awesome! He is also very reasonable. The part, labor and everything for 161.00. I was shocked! Really good guy.
