He did a great job. He was very informative and was very fast. It was as professional a job as you could ask for. He cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend him.

I was called back promptly. I had a 2 hour window and he came very close to the first hour. He came out within a reasonable. Amount of time considering that he works for himself and does not have other employees. I like this as I feel that service is of a higher quality. I feel that his pricing is reasonable in comparison to others and he had a coupon. I will definitely use this company again.

AMS called me back within an hour of leaving a message. After determining the make of my Dishwasher it was decided that AMS could not service Samsung units at this time.

It went very well. They came out quickly. I called them and they sent someone else that day and the person came, took a look, told me what was wrong and fixed the problem. They did a good job at fixing it. The price is good. Young members were very good and gave me some suggestions for additional improvement.

Todd was nice and efficient. He knew what was wrong with our leaky fridge and fixed it right away. I also thought our disposal was broken, but he investigated and fished out a chunk of glass at no cost.

Todd was great. He returned my phone call very promptly, asked questions, and diagnosed the problem with my washing machine over the phone. Even thought he arrived later than original window, he called to let me know he would be late far in advance. He arrived with the appropriate part, made the repair and was out in a very timely manner. Will definitely contact him for any future appliance repair.

He didn't even check the oven temperature after he installed the control panels. I questioned him about it and he said "What we're supposed to check? It's a factory control panel." I still have one oven that's not heating right.

Their work was excellent. They diagnosed what was wrong with the refrigerator, and I will call them back as soon as I can.

Todd of AMS Appliance was great. He did a great job. I think he’s price is fair. He’s the kind of person you want to come in to your home and do work for you. He’s just very solid. I would recommend him on all points.

Todd is the ideal appliance repair person. Very straightforward in letting you know what to expect and then did everything exactly as described. Very high integrity. I asked him about replacing the five year old hoses and he indicated that it really didn't need to be done. Made one call to the house to determine what needed to be done, ordered the part and then made second call when part came in. Price seemed very reasonable.

We broke a piece of glass in our oven and needed it replaced. We could not be happier with the service we received. The rep was on-time and courteous and the oven works again! We'll call them when we need help again.

I've used them twice. Refrigerator and dishwasher. Both times good experiences.

I called about my dishwasher not working, left a message, and Todd called back within the hour. He walked me through a diagnostic test, and was able to reset my dishwasher without even coming over, and of course, without charge. (Two other companies were going to charge $119 for a service call, or $79--the latter didn't show up at all.) Todd's approach was awesome and much appreciated, and I will definitely be calling him in the future for appliance repair.

Todd responded to my service request within a few hours of me sending an email and he set the date for service approximately 10 days out. He called when he was on his way and arrived at the time that he had given me - I really appreciate the promptness.When he arrived I showed him what I was needing for the dryer and then asked him about my dishwasher that wasn't working efficiently. He took a quick look at the washer and set it to run while he cleaned the dryer. When he came back to check on the dishwasher he said that it was working fine and recommended that I change my dishwashing detergent. I have since taken his recommendation and my dishwasher is working great. He could have made up things that were wrong with the dishwasher and I never would have known the difference. Overall I felt like he was trustworthy, good at what he does and very professional. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to my friends.

Replaced water valve in washing machine.

Todd cleaned our dryer vent of around 21 feet of tubing full of dryer lint. He was quick and thorough and helpful. He gave good advice on preventing buildup in the future and the need for future service. I would use him again for appliance service.

I was very impressed with the service. I chose AMS because on the Histogram he virtually had no dissatisfied customers and after reading a few reviews I was satisfied I would have someone good work on my Maytag washing machine. Todd was able to correctly diagnose what was needed over the phone but instead of taking the model number off the machine, I took it off the receipt I had kept. When he got here he realized he had the wrong part because of the model number missing a digit. He left to go to another appointment and on the way back, only about an hour later, he had picked up the correct part. I would have expected to be charged for the extra trip, whether or not it was my fault, but he only charged me the difference in the price of the part which was only about $15.00. The service was fast, efficient and the quote for the work accurate. I also liked the fact that the person that came was the person I talked to on the phone. I would rather wait awhile to get service from the person I have talked to and looked up on Angie's list rather than have someone else come to do the job that I didn't talk to. I was very satisfied with the service and work done.

Todd promptly contacted me but took 2 days for him to be able to look at the washer and another week to get the parts in. Almost 2 weeks without a washing machine is difficult. I would probably try someone else next time to see if service is any quicker.

Todd arrived promptly as scheduled and immediately diagnosed the problem. He noted on our phone call that I check to see if the vent needed cleaning. It did and I had that done before he arrived. The blocked vent caused the dryer to over heat and this in turn led to a circuit board burning out. That caused the dryer to run hot and not shut off as the board controlled the heat and time cycles. He showed me the board with the scorched diodes. He had a replacement on the truck and within an hour my dryer was back in operation. Todd was very professional and spoke in terms I could understand. I highly recommend him to anyone with dryer problems.

The rep called me to let me know there was nothing that could be done to save the dishwasher and did not charge for the evaluation. I appreciated that he was not pushy about providing a new dishwasher but was willing if I wanted one. I have management of 5 rentals in Round Rock and will call on this provider again if needed. He saved me time and money.

He called later to tell me that the part would be over $200. I wasn't impressed that he failed to ask for the model number before coming over so that he could have the part with him. Overall, I just wasted $52. I have now had my check returned, so I believe this person to have made an honest mistake and he did the right thing.

Todd was very helpful and expedient.
