Description of Work: Replaced a pump in the LG washing machine.

Description of Work: My Kenmore washing machine stopped in the middle of a load of laundry and wouldn't spin. Todd responded to my call quickly and diagnosed the problem (a broken lid switch) and gave me a price quote for repair over the phone. He arrived within an hour, had the needed part with him, and replaced the broken part quickly. I am very happy with his service, especially the speed with which he was able to respond on a Friday afternoon.

Description of Work: Replaced the temp sensor in our gas stove. I have been gone since the repair was done and don't know if my wife has used the stove since, but we are assuming it will work now. Will let you know if not.

Description of Work: AMS repaired a leak in my counter-depth LG refrigerator and assisted me with ensuring it was moved correctly during recent remodeling/update of my home. The crew was punctual and polite and got the work done in two trips because a part needed to be ordered. I would definitely call on these guys again, very pleasant and they know their trade.

Description of Work: We had a washing machine go up in smoke (no exaggeration). I called and left a message with Todd asking him to call me back. He did within a few minutes, and I told him what happened. At that point, he basically told me that he could come out, tell me the washer wasn't worth fixing, and then charge me for a service call. Or, I could just put that money towards a new machine. I appreciated his honesty, as he easily could have said he couldn't say anything until he saw the machine. He will be my first call the next time I need an appliance repairman.

Description of Work: Todd is GREAT! I had an oven that was not heating up and my washing machine drum was dislodged. I had two service calls - parts had to be ordered for the washing machine. Worth every penny; sure beats having to buy new!!!! Wouldn't use anyone else!

Description of Work: He fixed the door on my 25 year old dishwasher. He diagnosed my freezer and will call tomorrow with prices on installing the parts. I've had excellent luck with Todd H. on various large appliances. He knows how to do his job better than anyone I've ever hired. He is 100% professional and as fair as it gets.

Description of Work: I had moved into a new home (new to me, not brand new) and the owner had said that the ice maker in the refrigerator did not work. Todd saw that the ice maker water supply was not turned on. Once he turned it on, everything worked. Simple problem that should not have required an appliance expert, but Todd was great, professional, and I will certainly use him again should I need him.

Description of Work: My daughter and I both were having problems with our dishwashers. I called requesting service at the 2 separate locations, one in Hutto and the other in North Austin. Todd promptly returned my call to discuss my situation. He was willing and able to troubleshoot the problems on both dishwashers over the phone, saving me 2 separate location service call fees.
