The owner Kevin replaced a failing load bearing beam on my outside porch. The original builder did a poor job with the beam. Kevin gave me options and explained each one in full including pricing. A new solid wood beam was installed and the job came out excellent. There were no hidden costs and the job was professionally done. I would hire Ambassador again and would recommend them to neighbors.

Kevin was friendly, professional, efficient with his time, left a clean work area, and was very helpful with any questions I had. He even patched a few squirrel holes to the attic that weren t on his original agenda. His prices are very reasonable. He has agreed to come back to help with additional repairs needed around the house.
