Did not show up when promises and if shows up 1.5 to 5 hrs late. Stated project would take 1 week we are now in week 5 with approximately 50% complete

Kevin is extremely professional and nice. We had some obstacles with the weather this past week, but was able to provide service to my pool deck as soon as the weather cleared. Kevin is great at communication. Will continue to seek his services in the future.

He kinda off not following up, he finally showed up he did only 30 percent of the job, the door came off when he left, and then after did only a part of the job he request the full amount of payment and I denied and tell him a will paid only when the job is finish. And he made me feel my job was not that important. This morning when he showed up he said he was going to work only if I paid for the materials, and when I said no because I will pay when the job was completed he just left. Definitely I not recommend paying him upfront.

They were great. Reasonably priced and came out the next day to do the work. Got the job done fast and was very friendly.

I hired Ambassador Builders managed or owned by Kevin. He sends a technician to my home promptly with the assignment to wire new Klipsch speakers consisting of a center and two bookshelf speakers. and program, a new Sony tuner remote. The technician properly wired speakers but did not know how to set up the remote. He stated he would come back. I have tried to call him three times within the past week. He does not return my calls. I plan to hire another person to complete the work. I paid him in full. I should have withheld at least $50 from the $150 due to incomplete work

The contractor did not finish the last touches like tab inserts for shelf inside cabinets installed.

The appointment was booked both by text and email, but the guy never showed for his 3:00 appointment or let me why he was a no-show.

Mr. Givens is "Top Shelf"! He has a plethora of knowledge in the building industry and completes the task at hand to satisfaction.

Kevin did a fantastic job installing my shelves. It took him more than 3 months to get a 20-foot piece of wood. He explained how difficult it was to get the correct piece that did not have all the imperfections most wood purchased from big box stores would have. I was disappointed but this is in my living room so I wanted it to be perfect. After the install, the paint needed to be done. His painter skipped out on him so he decided he was going to do it himself. Looking at the dates below you can see how long it took in-between visits. He would not answer calls or texts for days, sometimes weeks. Then he has some kind of excuse about no cell service for days. He kept giving me excuses on why he had to postpone the job. One time told me he wanted to put my job off because he was cooking for his family, to be fair I told him I rather not put this off anymore. Most of the time he was out of town, or he was working on another job. He made me feel like my job was not important enough for him. When he was here he talked about jobs he was working on and how he did not need to do this work. The shelves look fantastic but my living room has been in shambles for months. This job may not have been important to him but it was to me and I would not recommend him unless you are willing to wait months to get your project done. Oct 21, agreed to hire him. Dec 18, install shelves Jan 27, paint first coat Feb 5, another coat. It did not look good so he had to come back to do some touch-ups. Mar 22, He sent a painter over. Finally finished.

First off, Kevin is a horrible communicator. We have been trying to get him to complete the job since October (it is now February). Do not pay Kevin until he completes every detail of the job. We made the mistake of paying him before he finished (because we thought the job was 100% complete) and now I will be completing the job myself. Worst of all, he made my wife feel incredibly uncomfortable. One of the days he was out, he waited until I went back inside my house to grab something and asked my wife for a hug and commented on how good it felt. He then proceeded to tell her that they should go *driving around* sometime and when I walked back, he killed that conversation quickly because he did not want me to hear it. Disgusting behavior toward my wife. Also, one of the corners of the deck he built was put together very sloppily, and there are boards that are not even nailed in properly, with nails sticking out in some spots. If you use his services, do not be alone with him if you are a woman, and do not pay him a single cent until every small detail is completed. Edit 2/22/2021: Kevins reply to my review really shows how dishonest he is. My wife does not dress provocatively; she was wearing an oversized T-shirt (not even low-cut or anything) and *HE* asked *HER* for a hug. She did not ask him for a hug, so there was no hug for him to **turn down**. Remember that he also suggested to her that they go driving around sometimes together to drink a couple of beers. Also, he never mentioned to us that he injured himself, even after we repeatedly attempted to contact him to finish the job. He had ample opportunity to communicate with us, and he consistently failed. No excuses. It does not matter if he feels he gave us a good rate on the job - HE STILL FAILED TO COMPLETE IT. I will need to rent/buy equipment to finish the rest of the job. If it is really such an easy 30 minutes to finish, why has not he done so after 4 months?

Kevin took $ 4000 to build an Arbor around my fence. He left the work incompleted and never cared to return back. I have filed a police complaint against this crooked idiot.

Kevin is a previous construction contractor with a lot of experience and now works for himself doing home repair. He did a great job replacing some the rotten wood floor around a leaky upstairs toilet. His quote was right on target with other handymen who gave me quotes. He is very friendly and really knows what he's doing. He worked quickly and efficiently and left the area spotless when finished. I highly recommend him for any repair projects you have around your house.

This guy Kevin is honest and reliable hard-working and earned every penny that I paid him and did excellent work. And the

Kevin is a ex Marine and a retired General Contracter so he has the experience and the knowledge. Kevin quoted me a fair price yesterday evening and I hired him. Kevin came over today and did the job and it is perfect. Very friendly and easy to do business with. I would recommend Kevin if he is available.

Installation of toilet bidet. Provider was very friendly and took off his boots before entering.

Never completed agreed upon I AND PAID for jobs!! Will not take my calls and made 2 appointments to finish but never came, nor called. The little concrete work done is good. The caulking is very poor and the wood rot was never touched!! All very strange. Kevin is nice but impatient. Do not pay until all work is completed!

Kevin went the extra mile to get my project done!

Very professional and great to work with. I'll be hiring him again.
