Doug, Very efficient and did everything that needed to be done.

Doug showed up promptly at the agreed time. Finished the work earlier than he had anticipated. By the time he was finished it looked better than new. He also said his work is guaranteed for life. Asked to be called if anything was wrong. Actually charged less than estimate due to time not used. He used a power stretcher to accomplish the job. He had to cut seams and trim extra carpet after stretching. Vacuumed as he went and the rooms look better than when he started.

Had a little problem with scheduling. Doug at first said he would be here a 9am, but later called and said he would have to reschedule for 10 to 1030 am. He arrived at 1015 and went right to work. He finished at 315 and the work looked find.

I needed the carpets in my rental duplex's bedrooms stretched. I called Doug and we set up an appointment for Wednesday. I wanted to meet around 1:00 PM. He said he could TRY to make it by then, but it would most likely be later. I work nearby, so he said he would call me when he was on his way. He called around 1:30 and we met at the duplex at 2:00 PM. Doug checked it out and gave me an estimate, then did the work on the spot. He used the big stretcher thing -- it extends all the way across the floor -- rather than that kick thing a lot of people use. It is much more effective. He said the job would take about an hour. At one point he let me know that he ran into an unforeseen issue and it would take another 20 minutes. The extra time and effort did not effect his fee -- he still only charged the original estimate! In all our interactions he was very nice, extremely personable. He was very happy to explain everything he was doing.

Doug came out the same day I called and was able to repair my carpet quickly. It looks nice and I am pleased with the work he did.

Called and left a message for Doug the day before he came out. He promptly returned my call and scheduled a time to come by to look at the work required. After a quick tour of the carpet issues he got straight to work and after about an hour and a half or so he had everything looking great once again.

They were on time. They were on quote, and did a positive job. Everything went well and I would be using them again in the future.

We called on a Monday, Doug inspected the work to be done and provided an estimate on Wednesday then completed the work on Friday. He was on-time, professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job. I would definately call on Doug again.

I think Doug is the most cheerful person I have ever met! He worked really hard and managed to tie the raggedy carpet edges in three bedroom doorways into a less-than-fabulous tile job in the hall. It looks perfect and I am really happy. His price was more than fair.

Excellent job. They restretched around an airduct column in the middle of the carpet also. I would use them anytime. They were running late, but let me know by phone.

Doug made an initial visit on Saturday to develop a cost estimate. He arrived on the following Tuesday to perform the work which extended into Wednesday. He was professional and workman-like in every good way. He knew what he was doing and accomplished the work in an exemplary manner. I originally only wanted one wrinkle stretched out, but Doug offered me a good price on the entire room. He power stretched the entire living room in less than one hour. I am very happy with the quality of the work, the cost, and the amount of time involved.

I had cut the carpet away from the wall along one side of the baby's room to install a built in window seat. Doug came in and had to use a special tool to hammer the tack strip into the slab because the strip was under the toe kick of the new window seat. That took him a little longer than either of us were expecting, but once it was installed, he stretched the carpet and reattached it. I have used another carpet service on a different project, and they just brought "knee kickers" to do the install. That's not the right way to do it. Doug, on the other hand, used proper stretchers that pivot off the baseboards to hold the stretch while he uses the knee kickers to attach the carpet to the tack strips. That's the right way to do it. The whole process took about an hour, and Doug trimmed the excess, cleaned up his work site, rearranged the furniture, and it looks like brand new. He's really good, and I appreciate that even on these little jobs.

Those guys were great. Doug's helper went to the wrong address and was running a little late, but Doug started without him. They got is done in the time they said they would. The price was alittle less than than what I expected.

Doug did an excellent job. Work was excellent.

He was amazing. I had nightmares before he did the work. He was a charming man and very good too. He even called up to tell me that he was stuck in traffic - he treated me like a human being instead of keeping me waiting. We negotiated for him to come the next day. He was just such a godsend. He could have quoted anything for the job but it was only $100. I would rate him highly.

This was a challenging job because the tile installers didn't leave much carpet to work with. They did a great job of finishing the edges for a much more finished, professional look.

We purchased a new home and the carpet was good quality and in good condition, all except the wrinkles. AAA re-stretched the upstairs and downstairs, in all 5 bedrooms and closets and replaced the carpet pad where it was needed. He arrived just as we scheduled and did a great job.

I thought they were great. I will use them again shortly when I can so they can come finish a few more raw edges. The workers that came out were all responsive, and they worked well. I was really happy with the service.

Doug came out the very next business day and was able to do it immediately (that morning) and did an excellent job. He moved the audio equipment and furniture, power stretched it and would have vacuumed it if I hadn't told him not to worry about it. He was extremely friendly and professional and we'll definitely use him again.

We were able to schedule an appointment within a few days of calling, and Doug was here when he said he would be here. He had a great attitude, and the work he did was excellent. He didn't leave a mess at all. He was very professional. We will definitely call him again, and we'll recommend him to others, too. We are very pleased with the outcome.
