Doug and Don were very easy to work with. Doug went over how he would stretch the carpet and why his method was better than how the carpet was originally installed. He guarantees his work until the carpet is removed. There was a seam that was very noticeable. He said he could make it almost invisible so I had Doug and Don return a few days later to make that repair. I am very satisfied with their work and their honesty.

Doug and his helper installed new padding and restretched the carpet in 2 bedrooms. They did a great job and I would use them again. The rooms both look like new. I am pleased!

Doug did a great job. He showed up right when he said he would, and finished the job in about an hour. Area worked on looks perfect, you can not tell where the carpet had been cut.

Great. Doug responded quickly to my call, adapted his schedule to meet my own, and showed up on time. He and his helper we pleasant, courteous, and professional. The repair looks perfect - you cannot even tell there he put the replacement patch. Price was pleasantly inexpensive for the amount of time they spent working. I had new flooring put in the downstairs area the following week where Doug removed the carpet. Had I known he also did other flooring work and hardwood installation, I would have certainly used him (I had already paid for other place a 50% non-refundable deposit). I highly recommend Doug and will use him in the future as I am certain I will have more patch work to be done with the builder grade carpet in our home.

Doug was very easy to work with. He communicated well, responded quickly , and was very courteous. He really knows his trade and did an outstanding job of repairing my carpet.

He was good; it was just one person, Doug Hager, he is the owner. It went fine. He did the best he could but he didn't have much to work with.

I called Doug and got an estimate, for which he was on time. About a week later I followed up with him and needed the work to be done right away because I had a tenant moving in on Friday and still needed to get the carpets cleaned with some time to dry before the move-in date. He rearranged his schedule to fit my job in and did an amazing job of fixing the mistakes that the original installer had made. It wasn't as cheap as I had hoped, but after he was done, what a difference! Money well spent.

we were going to replace the carpet, but have a new job pulling us to another city. Doug did an amazing job repairing my poor cut. There was a 6 ft seam along the wall and you cannot tell. I lost a small carpet piece needed to finish the repair, and somehow Doug was able to find enough from behind a closet door. Great communication, amazing availability and fabulous workmanship, at a great price.. what more can u ask for?!.

Only three days after my first contact, Doug finished the job I needed done. I had to reschedule our first appointment and he had to reschedule our second. However, this was all done in a very timely manner. Doug was very professional and communicative. He was punctual and very meticulous about his work. He is very detail oriented, certainly knows his craft and obviously takes pride in his work. I couldn't be happier with the repair work he did for me. It is impossible in the large burned area to detect anything was done. The worn area with a three-corner ripped seam looks fantastic compared to before. When he noticed the corner of the livingroom carpet he was working on was loose, he proceeded to restretch it for me. He also took the time to work with the nap of the damaged carpet around the patched area in the livingroom and gave me tips on how to best maintain it . He virtually performed majic at a more than fair price. I am most happy with every aspect of the experience I had with Doug and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. I'll definitely use him again when I have the need.

Doug came out, the day after a holiday, and fixed carpet beautifully. You would never know there had been holes in carpet. He was very professional and would hire again.

Everything went smoothly. He showed up on time for estimate and the job. Took his time re-stretching the carpet with a power stretcher instead of trying to just kick it back in. Everything he did turned out well.

Doug, Arrived on time and got right to work. He spent about 3 hours stretching the carpet in my upstairs family room. He did a great job. He also cleaned up the room and vacuumed up all the bits of the carpet. This is the second time I have used him--my son's dog tore up a carpet in a bedroom and Doug did a fantastc job repairing it. I definite recommend him and would use him again if necessary.

I scheduled with Dough for a Saturday at 10 as I am available only late in the evening during the week. On Saturday I received a call from Doug 15 minutes before my scheduled carpet repair because he was going to be about an hour and a half late. He apologized and I said that was fine. Around 11:30 I received a call from Doug because it was going to take another 45 minutes at the job he was at. I said fine and continued to wait. Around 1 pm I called Doug and he told me it was going to be another 10 or 15 minutes before he left the job he was at. He wouldn't be at my home until at least 2pm. He was working at a job in up in Austin and after he left the job it would take around 30 - 45 minutes to arrive at my home. He asked if I would reschedule to Sunday and I said no because I wanted the work completed today (Saturday). I called Doug again around 2:30 to see if he was at least on his way and the phone went straight to voicemail. At around 2:45 I called again. This time the phone rang but Doug did not answer. I left a voicemail that I was done waiting today, to cancel my job, and that I would find another company. I have not heard from Doug since. I was looking forward to working with Doug because of all the positive reviews on Angies List.

Promptly returned call and cost fit well into estimate of job. Was able to fit me into schedule within a day of calling. Very professional and did a great job.

He called us right back and showed up only a few minutes after the agreed time. He looked around and determined that the job was larger than he had thought, so had to go out and buy additional padding and supplies. He returned later that afternoon to start the work and then again the next morning (again, only a few minutes after the agreed time) to complete it. He did a beautiful job-- not only putting it back as it was before the flood, but also correcting some issues that had been bothering me since the carpet was installed. I give him an A+ for finished product. Be aware that he runs a few minutes late, but if you can deal with that, you will not be sorry you waited.

Doug was flexible to schedule the work on Sunday when I was home from work. He worked continously for 4 hours until the work was completed. He was very professional and thorough. I would recommend him to a friend.

It went very well. I called Doug in the morning and he was able to come out that afternoon. Doug is a very personable and friendly guy. He set right to work, was fast and efficient and very careful not to score the new cabinetry or the base boards. He also repaired some small incidental damage to the carpet in one corner done inadvertantly by the cabinet installers. The result was exccellent. I would highly recommend Doug, and will definitely call him again the next time I need any carpet work done.

Doug repaired a burn on our carpet in front of the fireplace. Now I can't tell it was ever there. Will definitely call him again for any carpet repair in the future. Fast response and a fair price.

He was really good. He came out the next day after I called. I had some carpeting that wasn't meeting the threshold properly. He came out and fixed in very quickly. He only worked about a half an hour and also diagnosed other problems if I wanted to have those done He really courteous and really knew what he was doing. He was very easy to do business with.

He was prompt, fast, and communicated very pro-actively. I highly recommend his work.

We originally had trouble with getting a time set, Doug did a good job of continuously contacting us letting us know what was going on and working with us to fit a time in his and our schedule. He came out repaired the fray and made it look better then the original company that laid the tile. A couple of days later we noticed the area where he worked a seam was now coming up and fraying. Doug came back out and fixed it no cost. Though he was late he did call every time to update us on his status. The only down side was having to take more time for him to come back out. However Doug made it worth our time by fixing another small problem. We had a bump in our carpet that he opened and found the original contractor left a spray can cap under the carpet. We got the cap out and he fixed that at no cost. I would definitely use Doug and AAA again!

It was a positive experience. He did what was needed to be done, and I would probably use him again. He did the work in a very timely manner.
