4:11 Service Co

Description of Work: Over the weekend our dryer broke down, so at the same time I contacted a repair company, I contacted 4:11 Service Company to clean our dryer vent. The technician arrived as scheduled and started to work right away. He explained what was going on during the entire process and kept me informed. He discovered that the rooftop vent cap was incorrect, it had louvers on it and was blocking the lint from the dryer. The lint was packed tight and backed up all the way to the dryer. It was cleaned completely and it was a job well done. The entire experience was great and the technician was very courteous and professional throughout. Many thanks.

Description of Work: I called Josh because my dryer vent had come disconnected from the back of my dryer and I had never had the vent cleaned. He came the next morning, was prompt and went "the extra mile"....my plastic vent on the outside of the house had cracked so he replaced it with some difficulty because it was attached to stone, couldn't be screwed in...he used some heavy duty glue and duct taped it down and even came back later in the day to make sure it held before he removed the duct tape. The job ended up taking him several hours because of this issue but he didn't charge me any more than the agreed amount. I would call him again in a heartbeat. Nice to have honest, competent people available. Kudos to Josh and I wish him much success with his business.

Description of Work: After completion of examination of air vents closest to the air conditioner inside unit Josh recommended the vents did not need to be cleaned and preceded to clean the dryer vent thoroughly. I was very pleased with his professionalism, knowledge and experience . He could have proceeded to clean the air vents which would have meant more money for him but I appreciate his honesty and integrity of being a trustworthy professional which looks out for the customer and make them feel important. I enjoyed our conversation and felt I could put my trust and faith in him doing a good job. I was pleasantly surprised when he explained the story behind the name of his company.
