Josh was great to work with! He was honest about the fact that I didn't need my chimney swept and instead charged me only for the cleaning of the box and gas logs and took time to replace them in an aesthetically pleasing way. He cleaned the air ducts quickly and with little mess, always cleaning up after each one. He even fixed a minor issue caused by the previous homeowner that he discovered with the duct work and charged a very reasonable fee for it. I will definitely work with him in the future for any needed services.

He did a great job. I was really pleased with the level of professionalism. They put down cloth so make sure they did not make a mess. I had some areas of mortar that need to be patched and that was done as well. I could not be happier. 2 employees came to do this work less than an hour.

They were kind of a crappy attitude, to say the least. They were on time and I guess they did okay what they needed to do. It's not like I can crawl up into the chimney; but their attitude was lousy.

Did a great job. Communicated clearly and services were performed. He also took the time to clean out the bottom of the dryer as a courtesy and inspected our air ducts and reported they were clean. Having 2 dogs and a cat plus a 17year old boy there was a lot of stuff rattling around in the dryer so we really appreciated the extra service. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Great! We contacted 4:11 Service by e-mail and received a prompt response, got a quote for the service, and scheduled a day and time. They arrived right on time, completed the work quickly and efficiently, and left everything very clean.

It was great! He originally quoted me 300 for the job, but when he came to my house and realized the dryer vent was relatively short, he threw in the dryer vent cleaning for free. Extremely honest business man! Very polite too! I wish he offered more services, because I would love for the opportunity to use him again. But alas, he told me the vents only need to be cleaned about once every 7 years =(. Here's to hoping he expands his business so I can hire him again!.

The installation went smoothly. I was impressed that when the installer realized I needed an additional piece of pipe, he immediately went to Home Depot to purchase it so he could finish the job. The disposal is working as expected.

Josh was thorough, gave us "chimney info" that I never thought of, never tried to up sell or scare us into purchasing additional services (which he could have easily done, how would I know the level of creatine in my chimney?) and said we were good for the next 5 years. His prices are very reasonable and he took great care to protect our belonging.

Josh was amazing! Very prompt in scheduling the appointment, showed up on time, was very personable and tidied up nicely. Checked my gas log unit, showed me some areas of wear and refreshed the "embers". Would definitely use them again.

After describing my problem with fireplace the company was able to tell me via email that it would have to be replace. I thank the company for being honest.

He is very polite and friendly. He does a very thorough job. He will go over everything he noticed. No hard sales for more work- even mentioned we could find a product on the internet. He was a little higher than his competitors but we felt we got our money's worth. We plan on hiring him every year- actually suggested he send us a reminder. We have already recommended him to another.

These two men were courteous from the first phone call and never made me feel stupid for not knowing how to operate the fireplace (it is actually a fairly complex unit and my husband and I had both read the directions and done everything we knew).

Josh was very professional and friendly. He arrived within the window promised, calling 30 minutes beore arriving. I've never used a fireplace before and he answered all of my questions. He explained all of the parts as he cleaned them. He cleaned up after he was done. He gave me some valuable tips on the operation of the fireplace. I wish all contractors were like him.

Great work! The attic vent pipe for the dryer was inspected as well as the fireplace chimney caps on the roof and overall condition of the firebox. The chimney and firebox were cleaned and all ashes and creosote removed, making the fireplace safer to use. The chimney hadn't been cleaned in over five years and we burn wood fires about 3 times a week during the winter, so the service was definitely needed. The dryer vent had a moderate amount of lint buildup so cleaning was quick and not problematic. Service was prompt and very professional.

Several years ago we had Josh of 4:11 Service clean out our chimney. We were very pleased with his service and when we wanted our dryer vent cleaned out, we called him again. Since our dryer vents through the attic, this was more complicated than some cleaning jobs. Josh did a great job and was willing to listen to all of our questions and give us advice. We will definitely be using his company again in the future.

Service was great. There was a dead bird and a huge bird's nest in there, so I definitely needed the service. Josh was very friendly and professional.

Great - Josh was extremely responsive in working around our schedule in prepping for an open house. He arrived on time and made quick work of the carpets, also providing a few tips on things he noticed in the house. We used 4:11 when we bought the house three years before for air duct and carpet cleaning and Josh was terrific then as well. Highly recommended.

Mr. young was in the near vicinity when he returned my call, and was convenient for us both that he could come within 30 minutes. Mr. Josh Young was prompt, efficient, and gave us information regarding the fireplace and the drier vent, answering all of our questions as well. He was careful in not making a mess, cleaned up after he completed the work, and was a very nice person. I might note that the price was with the senior discount. i would definitely recommend Mr. Young.
