Very well...on time, pleasant to work with, very thorough.

Called for an appointment, worked through a few phone calls to confirm a time with the serviceman, but he never called back to confirm our 2:00 appointment. He showed up anyway on time at 2:00, but we never knew for sure ahead of time he was coming, so that was a little annoying. Other than that, services performed as promised for the price promised and answered all our questions while on site.

Everything went fine. This is the real service for duct cleaning. I have used cheap special cupons in the past and found that once they arrived, they immediately went up in price for additional services. If I stayed with just the services included in the "special price" they were in and out in 30 minutes and did not do a good job. 4:11 took 4 hours to service my air conditioner ducts--and did a very good job. They are the real deal when it comes to clean air in your house.

He was excellent. He put everything back in place after cleaning the dryer vents. He verified that everything was in the correct place. And he cleaned up very well after doing the work.

Excellent service. Removed all lint from dryer vent tubing and appliance. Gave professional advice and recommendation on improvements to dryer vent hook-up into wall. Highly recommend.

Outstanding! He traveled from Round Rock to service our house and did an excellent job. Thoroughly cleaned the ducts and the dryer vent. I give my highest recommendation to Josh and will definitely do business with him again.

Josh arrived on time as scheduled. He took about 45 minutes to thoroughly clean out the dryer vent. When he was finished he moved the dryer back to the original location and left the laundry room clean. Josh was prompt, friendly, and thorough. About two years ago, he also cleaned out a dryer vent at a condominium that we also own. He did a great job that time, so I thought of him, when we needed the work done at our home.

I called 4:11 service company in order to have my air ducts cleaned. I received a prompt return phone call from Josh and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. Josh arrived on time. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. He was meticulous about cleaning up the aftermath of cleaning out all our dusty air vents. He even changed our air filters for us. I thought his pricing was very reasonable. My house smells much better and our air ducts are much cleaner thanks to Josh!

Everything went great and as expected. Very nice "chimney sweep." Did everything I asked and didn't leave behind any big messes or anything unfinished. I will use them again.

Josh was easy to contact and schedule an appointment. He showed up on time, did a thorough job and there were no additional costs or surprises. He was polite, professional and a pleasure to do business with.

Josh responded to my webform quote request within an hour, quoting me $99 to clean out a long-overdue dryer vent. He was able to work with my tight schedule and was able to do the work within 2 days of the initial request. He arrived within the appointed time window (calling me first to let me know he was 20 minutes out) and got straight to work. He didn't complain a bit about the cluttered condition of my garage, despite the extra difficulties it raised to performing the work. He made sure to keep the doors/gates closed so my pets didn't get out, completed the work quickly, and left the garage cleaner than when he arrived. Even though my vent was clogged up far more than he anticipated, he kept to his quoted price. He is a professional, through and through. I will definitely hire him again when it comes time to get the rest of the ductwork and chimney cleaned, and the tile floors steamcleaned.

This was a great experience. Josh is very professional and personable. The house is 3,000 square feet and it took the 4 hours that he told me it would. He did a great job. Will definitely will use him again.

Absolutely terrific. Spoke to Josh about a week before closing on a new house to schedule air duct and carpet cleaning the day after closing. Phone conversation was very informative about what to expect and what to do ahead of his visit, and he was also flexible in case something was delayed and we had to cancel. He showed up on time. Not only did he and his assistant really work their buts off, he stopped periodically to tell me or show me things about the house, give tips on keeping the ducts and AC unit clean, etc. This was a great experience and I would highly recommend using him. Indeed, I need to have the chimney cleaned before the winter and will be calling him out for it. Great service at a great price.

I telephoned 4:11 in the morning while he was in transit to other work. He promised to come by in the afternoon and kept me advised about his expected arrival. He was knowledgeable, experienced, and professional. I recommend 4:11 Service Company.

I called Josh Young on the 5th of March needing information on his services and his rates. He was very informative and gave me a range on what I could expect to pay. We set up a service date for the 7th in the afternoon after 1, he showed up at 1:30 and explained to both me and my husband what all he would do and the amount of time it would take to clean out all ducts- 3 Hours is the norm for our size house. Josh took great care to make sure that my house was not disturbed by debri falling from outlets and advised me to cover the one area that might get some dust falling. He was very thourough and did a great job and went the extra mile to wash all of the outlet covers, which I felt was outside the box of services offered.. He also cleaned my dryer vent at no charge ! I found Josh and the service he provided as Top Notch! I will refer him to everyone I know and would not have a problem using him again for any of his other services.

We recently bought a 17-year old house that, by appearances, had never had the duct system cleaned. Being new to the area, we contacted 4:11 Service Co. through Angie's List. The owner, Josh gave us an estimate for cleaning the AC/heating ducts; the dryer vent, and when he could do the job. Josh was wonderful. He showed up on time, looked over the house, asked a few questions, and went to work. He is very experienced, and without hesitation, shares his wealth of information. He is very thorough in every phase of the job. Cleaning the fireplace was not discussed, but Josh checked it for me (being meticulous as he is), and offered to clean it when he was finished with the duct and vent work. He took all the ceiling register grills outside; degreased and cleaned them. What he took out of the dryer vent was almost unbelievable; not to mention how much better my dryer is working. When he was finished, there wasn't a speck of dust, dirt, or soot anywhere. Josh did an excellent job, and far exceeded my expectations. As the commercial says, I have Angie on my speed dial, well, Josh is on my speed dial!

He came on time, took his time looking over the job, and completed it in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend him to others and would use his services again.

He was a very nice professional. We had a couple instances with his machine breaking in which he had to cancel. However, he did let us know ahead of time that he was canceling. Everything looks great.

He squeezed us in right before the holiday, showed up on time and did a thorough job. He left the house cleaner than when he arrived. He took the time to familiarize us with our insert (we are second owners and hadn't used it before) and was genuinely a nice guy.

Another job well done by Josh. He had given us a date to return and he had quoted us a price on the first visit. (chimney sweep, inspection and dryer vent cleaning) The price was spot on and the job was done quickly and completely. I still can't get over how well my dryer works (see entry from first visit) THIS IS WELL WORTH HAVING DONE!!!!!

Josh arrvied on time, was very courteous and professional. The upstairs system had to be cleaned from both directions due to a problem with the HVAC system that had been replaced a few months ago. He was very thorough and knowledgeable.

We called Josh on Thursday and he was able to get to our house Friday morning. He explained what he would do and how much it would cost. He worked quickly and left everything spotless. He gave us suggestions on what we could do to make the chimney airtight. We were quite impressed and would be very happy to call him again.

It started off easy enough w/ a chimney sweep. Josh inspected the inside and out and found a cracked section which we new about but he told us how and why that needed to be fixed. After years and years of soot came down the chimney, he went outside and we up the ladder to inspect the top. No fuss, no muss. No dirt left anywhere. Now for the dryer vent. What a job this was. Josh discovered that the builder here was very creative when they ran into problems. (and that by no means is a compliment to the builder - what a clown) Josh went above and beyond to get that vent cleaned from top to bottom and got quite a few clogs out. I am so glad we got that done, it REALLY needed it. Dried my clothes today in RECORD time. Seriously, it was well worth the money! (and it wasn't that expensive at all) Josh went above and beyond (literally even) to get the job done! We will definitely use Josh and 4:11 service company in the future!
