The gentleman helped me with tile cleaning and applying protectant. Inspected my chimneys, AC and said they were ok, no charge. Very professional

Really like the service performed by 411. They accommodated my needs to come early and duct clean the house before we moved in. Waited for me to return form work to explain the work in detail. Helped with changing all the filters in the house. Josh did an excellent job. He e-mailed me immediately upon my inquiry, set up the meeting for the next day, called when he was on his way. Josh informed me of the process, was professional and thorough. I highly recommend him and will use him again for services.

4:11 Service Company is very thorough. They were very clear about everything they were going to do so there were no surprises. He did not just jump in and start tearing stuff apart. We discussed his approach, what he thought was going on. He did a nice job and he cleaned up after himself.

I called on a Mondya to make an appointment and he was able to come on Friday. He was very polite, quick, honest with his assestment, and finished his inspection in about 30 minutes. Although, no work was needed, he explained alot about gas fire places, arranging the logs, and misc other things. We had called because we just purchased this home and the inspection report said there was something missing on chimney. But ended up being nothing.

Called a couple days ago, got name from Angie's List. Gave me an estimate over the phone and we decided on a date and time. Very punctual and professional. Came in and surveyed the work to be done and started taking down the vents. Discussed any issues he saw with me pertaining to AC unit which he had nothing to do with however I appreciated his feed back. Went to work and didn't stop until completely done. Was very detailed about any clean up and did not leave until actually the floors looked better after he left than they did when he arrived. I felt price was very fair for the time and quality of work he did. Highly recommend.

Josh is excellent at his work and very professional. He was on time, did all the cleaning that was needed, some companies had told us that the tiles won't be clean. But Josh got them clean. I am very impressed with the work. He is also very thorough and treats your house as his own. For the tile cleaning, he went out of his way and bought a less acidic cleaner , as he knew we don't like chemicals in the house. I would definetly use him again, but he is worth it. The only issue I had with him, is that he is too busy so you have to confirm with him in advance and make sure you tell me everything that needs to be done. IMO, don't bother getting quotes from other company, stick with 411 Service Company.

I contacted Josh right after the holidays, because I thought I had mold in my air ducts (we have an old-house smell coming from somewhere). He called me right back and explained what it could be/probably wasn't/what I could do to check on my own. When my problem persisted, I emailed Josh and asked if he could come clean out the air ducts regardless. He called me back within 24 hours and set up a time. He was here when he said he was going to be. He explained what he was going to do and why. Through the whole process he kept me informed of what he was finding (not finding). I truly felt like he gave me all the facts before, during, and after the job. He and his assistant cleaned up after themselves. They were both extremely nice and professional. I'd use their services again in a heartbeat, and I'd recommend them to anyone. I felt like Josh went above-and-beyond, and I really appreciated that he would stop to answer my questions or show me examples of what he was explaining.

First time we ever used Angie, respond to our call, made appointment next day, on time, gave us his time frame, performed on time and no mess anywhere. We are doing better for his work.

We have needed air duct and chimney cleaning for some time, and I put it off and dreaded it. But this was truly painless. Josh is knowledgeable, efficient, careful with things in the house, and is a delightful person to boot. Josh's young assistant was a pleasure to deal with. I had read that there a many scams in air duct cleaning, and ridiculously low prices go hand in hand with a job poorly done. I can tell you from observing these guys that a job well done is a LOT of work. I heartily recommend 4:11 Service Company, and I will use them the next time through.

Josh and one additional technician performed the job. Communication was great and they showed up on time. They did an excellent job and were very conscientious about keeping everything in our home clean, since we had recently redone our ceilings and painted our fireplace white. They were surprisingly efficient and the total time spent was about 3 hours or so. I thought the price was great and he offered a significant discount for performing multiple services in one visit. Josh also patiently answered all my questions about the fireplace and HVAC system. I'll definitely use them again when needed.

We had a new house and bought new towels and blankets, both of which were leaving a crazy amount of lint in the lint trap of the dryer. I had a feeling it might also be clogging up the dryer vent so I made the call. The service was thorough even though it was a difficult job with the way my vent was positioned inside the wall. He was honest and forthright and it was a great experience overall. I will absolutely use this company the next time I need my dryer/fireplace cleaned.

Hired Josh with 4:11 Service Company to clean air ducts, carpets and chimney on our new house based on reviews here and because he was a "one stop shop" for the services I needed. Josh was very professional and did an excellent job. It took approximately 5 hours to complete everything and he went over everything he did and gave tips on fireplace care. Would definitely hire again. Gave C on responsiveness because it took more than 24 hours to get back to me after my initial call. He is a one person business I think, but I think a quicker call back would have been good. I was about to call someone else.
