Josh Young came when promised. He brought his Rotobrush unit in to clean 8 vents. I appreciated that he didn't use equipment attached to a truck where you have to keep your door open. With the temperature at 38, this was very beneficial. He covered everything that was under the vent that he was cleaning, so that dirt didn't get over everything. He vacuumed the floors when finished, and cleaned up after finishing his job.

Being nervous about a "Big Deal" offered by another company, we decided to go with 4:11. I was happy with the choice! Josh was able to get us in his schedule very quickly... which was great because we wanted to use our fireplace, without worry, for New Year's Eve. He was very professional and thoroughly inspected and took his time cleaning. He brought a cover for the floor and left it spotless! His inspection was good and we had only a small issue regarding our cap. Since it is our HOA responsibility, we didn't replace it right then and there. Otherwise the charge would have been reduced since it could have been added on to our bill. He provided a written receipt with his findings during the inspection.

Josh showed up at the scheduled time and graciously worked around the paint crew that had shown up unexpectedly. He probably spent about 2 hours to complete both tasks and had to climb on the roof twice (during the dropping temperatures). He gave me good information and advice on schedule for future chimney cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. All work was completed and he left everything cleaner than when he arrived. Josh was able to work me into his schedule on short notice AND during the busy winter weather. I not only appreciate the work he did, but also appreciate that I now feel safer using my fireplace knowing he inspected everything. I definitely recommend his services and will refer friends and family as well.

First of all my husband is very particular about any work done on our house. I was not able to take off from work so it was my husband who witnessed all the work that was done. He informed me that Josh did a great job in winning him over with the thoroughness and attention to details in cleaning our air ducts. He cleaned/sanitized each grill vent cover, the air return, the entire ductwork, and also cleaned our ac/heater system. We have 11 vents and two air returns in our two story home. Josh got behind the dryer to inspect the dryer vent, cleaned it out and also got on top of our roof to inspect and clean the outside dryer vent. He took time to do each task thoroughly. He also provided us with valuable information regarding particular vents and informed us that the home builder had installed the wrong dryer vent cover on our roof that is what caused the built up of dryer lint. The whole process took about 3 hrs. He worked with us on the scheduled date quickly realizing from my email that we were only available on Thursday mornings. He arrived at the set time. The cost was less than anticipated so that was a plus. Everything was cleaned but the best thing was when I arrived home and the freshness of the air when I came throught the door was sooo nice.

He was attentive and gave great advice on my need for a personal air filter (which I have purchased). Josh suggested I get my air conditioner serviced first, then he will come to clean the ducts and vents in my house. (I have a thick dust in my house coming from the |vents.) I am very impressed with 4:11 Service Co and will always call Josh when I need any service that his company offers.

Josh called to confirm the appt and showed up on time. Cleaned all 21 of my vents and ducts on both floors for two systems, even the two 18ft up in my living room. Took off each cover and hand washed them outside with the hose. Even cleaned the duct distribution box. Did an awesome job and cleaned up when done. I had originally requested to inspect and clean the chimney; he took a look and said it didn't need to be cleaned which saved me some $. Didn't even charge me for my 1ft of dryer vent. Professional and a really nice guy. Explained everything he was doing. Will definitely use again.

The air ducts in our house had never been cleaned (about 22 years). My house is 2 stories and has 2 AC/heat systems. Josh and his team did an excellent job and were extremely professional. Josh was prompt in scheduling and called to see if it was ok if they arrived earlier than the schedule appointment time. Their service was very thorough and provided me with information about what he was doing, causes of issues he saw, and recommendations going forward. They also did a great job of cleaning up afterwards, actually leaving the floors cleaner than they were when they arrived. Job well done and I highly recommend the company. Prices may seem a little higher than the other folks that advertise coupons in the mail fliers, but based upon my carpet clean experiences I doubt they are worth the savings. Go with a professional like Josh and 4:11.

He cleaned both the systems and cleaned up after he finished. He used covers to protect computers and furniture while he worked. He is a personable young man, who is proud of his work. I can recommend Josh and 4:11. (My husband did remove and replace the vent covers--his choice.)

Extremely pleased with Josh. He doesn't service Burnet but was taking his family to a nearby state park so he took the time to clean our vent. It works just fine. He was prompt and friendly. I even offered to pay extra and he wouldn't take it.

They were very efficient, showed up on time. They were great. He only found a couple little spots that needed cleaning in the ducts. He was very honest.

Arrived on time, explained what he was going to do and did it in a very professional manner. I asked if he also cleaned dryer vents and he said he did. The service was great. They did a fine job.

Very professional and courteous. We have several pets and there is construction of new houses being built next door, so our house is very dusty. He also told me how I we can improve my air flow in our bedroom. I will call him to come back next year! Also, we recently found possums in our house, and I asked him if he knew of a pest control company. He referred All Starr Termite and Pest control, a family owned business. I'm glad I chose him from Angie's List!

Josh arrived on time. He inspected the air conditioning unit in attic and thoroughly cleaned out all 9 air ducts in the house. He washed all air duct vents, taking them outside to do so. All ducts were vacuumed. Josh cleaned up afterwards. Josh seems knowledgeable about air duct systems and I would definitely recommend his services. We never did figure out what the odor was but there seems to be less odors since the clean out of the ducts.

It was pretty quick and the guy was pretty professional. He was pretty informative about what he was doing so he was communicative.
