Description of Work: They checked our gas log fireplace (the burner and pilot assembly). Josh cleaned the pilot assembly and cleaned carbon off the fire box. The logs needed replacement and he offered to go up into our attic, where I remembered seeing logs, and he found them, brought them down and set up the new logs. This was above and beyond great service. Thank you Josh! I will call them again for sure.

Description of Work: they serviced our gas log fire. |They were very professional. Cleared the hearth area, and covered it so that it would not be damaged, checked the outside fume for blockages, took out all the logs and cleaned thoroughly, checked pilot light etc, and cleaned the glass screen. |

Description of Work: If I could give Josh an A+ I would as everything about my fireplace service was perfect. Within hours of purchasing through Angie's List, Josh touched base to schedule with me. He showed up on time, was very personable and professional. He even looked at an unrelated issue and gave me his advice. I was happy to find out that he also does Tile & Carpet Cleaning as well as Air Ducts, Dryer Vents and chimney sweeping. I'm having him back in a couple of weeks to clean all of my tile. A+

Description of Work: Josh cleaned and inspected our chimney, as well as fixed a trouble area that was the source of a leak we'd experienced. He also cleaned our dryer vent. he was very knowledgeable and we will definitely use him for future chimney/duct maintenance.

Description of Work: I have serious allergy problems and wanted to make sure the ducts were clean in the home we recently purchased. Josh inspected all air ducts, vents, etc. What a professional, friendly, courteous, young businessman. He assured us (and showed us) that that everything was in great, clean condition. He spent more than an hour and all we paid was the service call. Thank goodness for Angie's List and not having to worry about a dishonest service person tacking on lots of "extras."!
