They called back to make an appointment and came as promised and did exactly what was agreed. No tricks or up-sales. We will use them again. I did forget to print out my coupon and did not receive a 15% discount even though I stated I got them from Angie’s List. Looking back, I thought they should have applied the discount since I told them that I got their name from Angie’s List. No big deal, was my oversight.

Fist of all, when talking to the company to set up my appointment, Gabriel was extremely helpful. As for the appointment itself, it went very well. I believe it was Josh that came and was on time. Answered all my questions and performed the work in a timely manner. Clean, courteous and professional. Would recommend them.

Overall experience was excellent. Josh arrived on time and took the necessary time to do a thorough job. The only thing overlooked was cleaning the intake vent grill of the A/C. I asked about that when he was done and I wasn't really satisfied with the answer as to why it could not be cleaned.

The company responded very quickly to our internet request for a quote. Were very explicit about what to expect in terms of service activities and timeframes. Quoted a price that appeared reasonable. Identified the technician by name (Josh) who would come to our home. Josh showed up 15 minutes before schedule on date agreed to. Spent 20 minutes examining our system ; including 2 problem areas we identified. HE RECOMMENDED THAT NO CLEANING BE PERFORMED !! We were happy that we did not need to spend the money but were shocked that a technician would put our interest ahead of his company's (revenue). We use high quality air filters that apparently have mitigated our exposure to dirt/dust.

Quick and to the point. Showed up, did the work, cleaned up, and on his way.

It went just fine. They came on time, just when they said they would. They were so nice and courteous. They made sure to be respectful and keep things clean.

We were satisfied with the work, but not with the person who came to do the job. He did not have the correct tools, such as a ladder or even a flashlight to check ducts with.

They arrived on time to do the work. The quality of their work was good. I would use them in the future. They were courteous and kind. They were professional while they worked.

Josh was my service technician. He showed up right on time. Beforehand, they explained everything they planned on doing. Josh performed all these services in a timely fashion, it took about 3 hours to do everything. My place is 1400 sq. ft with 10 air ducts, and about a 12 foot dryer vent.

They arrived on time and did a great job. The price matched exactly what was quoted.

Relatively brief, uncomplicated job but went well. Arrived on time, as scheduled. Tricky part was finding outside location of vent. I live in an old home which had major remodeling work completed by previous owners. Technician was patient and diligent in finding outside location (and got quite dirty in the process!). Also helped me vacuum up lint that had accumulated in laundry room which was caused by hose becoming disconnected from dryer....however, cleaning up inside lint was not part of technician's job.

Joshua was very courteous, efficient and quick.

Josh came about 2:30 PM and introduced himself. He started with the fireplace he did a great job cleaning the fireplace and chimney; however, when cleaning the fireplace we had the air conditioning going. Not a good idea when cleaning the fireplace because it pulls the soot into the house when the damper is open. I turned it off quickly when I could smell the soot. We have a very good AC and I'm glad I had a good filter in. It caught most of it but I and my wife still had a little cleaning to do. I'm just glad that I was in the room and could smell it. Other than that, I was pleased with the job he did. He was very thorough, neat and didn't waste time. Cleaning the dryer duct was something else. It goes through the roof in the garage and had several turns which made it difficult to clean. The house was built in 1976. I was there to witness the problems he had with the duct. He was able to get it cleaned out and get a good air flow through the duct. The duct needs some work to it.

They arrive about 30 minutes early (lucky I was there!). I believe that they did a quality job but I was surprised that they did not lay down a protective covering over beds and other furniture before they went to work. The whole process took about 3 and 1/2 hours.

They did a very good job. They showed up as expected, and did the job that morning.

It went well. I spoke with the person at Source One who scheduled the work and discussed other services I may be interested in. He wasn't pushy or aggressive. Josh came to do the work, calling first, to make sure I was in. He walked in and got right to work and it didn't take him long. He also fixed the fireplace cover so it quit pulling away from the wall. He discussed some problems he noticed with chimney but let me know that it wasn't urgent. I'll call them when we're ready for some of the other services they provide.

Our clothes dryer duct work is a real pain to clean, but they charged their normal fee and got it clean quickly. They showed up on time (rare) and were friendly and professional. I probably could've found someone to do it for less money, but I doubt they'd be as punctual and professional.

The representative gave me a detailed description over the phone, which was much more than I received from other places. They were on time, did what they said they would, charged what they quoted without trying to up-sell me, and left my place clean. The technician, Josh, was also courteous and professional.

They were attentive to the furniture, which was in the rooms, and they vacuumed the carpeting area around the fireplace. They have always come out when expected, and I havent had any problems with their workers. They were professional and spent a lot of attention and work on each chimney.

They were very courteous and on time for the appointment. They did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves. I would use their services again in the future.

Source One was timely. They did the sweep quickly, and we have noticed a significant difference in the amount of smoke coming into the house. They were priced well and effective.
