Description of Work: Pipes for ventilation had been incorrectly installed on a metal roof causing corrosion and leaking. They replaced the pipes, fixed the roof and sealed all nail holes.

Description of Work: First they ask half downpayment before they come in to buy materials. I like companies who ask payment after they finish the job. Too expensive I think for what they've done esp when I found out on Angies list has another offer of 4,999.00 to replace roof up to 2,500 sq foot house. I wisk I knew then. I like the report of photos of my roof though.

Description of Work: Used the $99 for minor repairs deal. As usual, additional money needed to be spent to complete some work and they suggested that I contact a contractor. I asked for suggestions and was told they would get back to me and it never happened.

Description of Work: They checked my roof for missing singles and possible areas that leaked. Sealed areas that needed it. Only complaint is that it took several days for them to contact me after I purchased the inspection. However, I would definitely recommend them--very professional and courteous.
