The calls were friendly and professional and follow up occurred the following day as I was unable to be home at time of service. We discussed options should the current repair work not manage the small leak that we had in our attic.

Purchased on Angies list on a Sunday. Monday I received calls to schedule the appointment, and Tues morning Joby arrived to do the job. He was on time, courteous, friendly, professional. Completed the job quickly and efficiently. Would definitely hire him again.

They were among four contractors I initially contacted about repairing the damage. They were the only ones that would give me a detailed estimate on all the repairs before signing a contract with them. Pete Reed and Mike Hendrickz provided excellent coordination among the different people needed to do the job.

A 1700 bid for gutter work seemed extreme. Proposal for cutting down old Christmat structure never came. Pete was there before time, as was his cohort. Respectful, courteous , professional. I would check on pricing for follow up work. Gave me confidence about the state of the roof. Seemed like a straight shooter.

I purchased a Roof Maintenance Package through Angie's list. Pete called soon after I purchased the deal and I wasn't able to schedule at that time. He followed up as agreed and scheduled promptly. He and his assistant were on time and called ahead to give me their estimated arrival time. They spent a considerable amount of time on the roof and his report is thorough and prioritized. He did some caulking around vent pipes that was necessary. I am interested in getting gutters and Pete explained my options and provided an estimate for that work and repairs that are needed on the roof. I have a skylight that is problematic and he reviewed options for that as well. I am very grateful that Pete is willing to research a potential replacement for my skylight that I learned about that is not widely used but may be the best solution. It is impressive that he pointed out the specific repairs needed and did not suggest replacing the roof when several homes nearby have new roofs after hail damage. I am very happy with his service.

Pete Reed arrived on time and inspected the roof. He wound up applying caulking around the pipe collars, the top of the chimney and several other places. Pete was very professional. He advised me to contact him if roof leaks show up in the future.

Pete emailed within days of my purchase and worked with me to schedule an appointment. He arrived as stated and went straight to work. He thoroughly inspected our roof, took photos, caulked some vulnerable areas, showed us where the problem was and made recommendations for repair. His findings were what I suspected was the problem but it was well worth the money to have the suspicion confirmed by an expert AND to not have to climb on the roof myself which is real scary. Very personable, prompt and professional service provider.

I used an Angies List coupon plus an addtional $565 for this repair/install work. A gutter was installed on my 2nd story roof line (no downspout) to divert water from my neighbor's townhouse onto my townhouse. Unfortunately it caused rain water to pour out of the gutter, onto my roof, and wash away the asphalt from the shingles directly down the stucco siding creating a black sludge mess, not to mention possible leaks from that much water. Starr was able to reconfigure the gutter, add a couple of downspouts, and splash guard. There hasn't been any rain since the work was done for me to check it out, but it definitely looks like it will take care of excess run-off. They were able to do the work a week early, and they cleaned up everything before they left.

He responded promptly and worked with my wife to find a time that worked to inspect the roof. The inspection turned out fine, identifying some minor repairs to the roof vent covers that I already knew about. He took some pictures of the problem areas, patched them up, and that was that. I would be glad to work with Starr Roofing in the future if we need more significant repairs.

First, they responded and came out for estimate right away. They gave advice on insurance claim info and roof materials. They did fast quality work. Would definitely use again and would recommend to others.

Pete inspected my roof. Gave me a detail report of the status. Discovered my rubber vent boot caps were deteriorated and letting rain into my attic. He did temporary repairs on all my boots. Very professional, but easy going. I definitely got my money?s worth.

I called to receive a free estimate. I liked how fast they could take a look at my roof. I was expecting a week, they were there the next day.

Great service, free estimate, on time arrival. Friendly and personable, and answered all of my questions. Dealt with Pete, the owner, he was awesome!

The gutters were starting to fall down, and we needed them pulled down within about seven days. Steve managed to fit us in getting out to do an estimate and to get the gutters down and disposed of within our time frame while having to work around the vagaries of the weather. Steve explained why the gutter had started to fall down and what repairs we will need to prevent continued damage.

The company sent someone to put a temporary patch on my roof the day after I called because they knew more bad weather was on the way. We had about 40 shingles blow off the roof in a very bad storm. The temporary patch held and the company repaired the roof about a week later. They sent estimates by email so I could quickly get them to my insurance company. The owner called to set up the schedule, followed up with email and did a final follow up call to make sure the work was done to my satisfaction.

Professional and punctual and I really liked complete clean up.

Jim had his people start on the day promised. They were punctual and cleaned up the mess at the end of the day. Jim went over all the work that was to be performed and supervised his men as they did the job. They did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them. His price was considerably less for the same amount of work than other companies.

They are great people, very professional, follow-ups are fantastic and prices are super. They communicate with you throughout the whole process and I will always work with them.
