Description of Work: The inspection was done throughly and professionally. The inspector came to the house on time and throughout the inspection answered our questions and looked into our concerns and noted them. The results were sent out the next day and in a format that was easy to understand and easy to communicate to anyone such as our builder. They are little expensive but I guess worth the price.

Description of Work: Excellent service highly recommended, John was very through on the inspection and explained all of his findings and expressed his opinions on his findings,this was my second home to have inspected and the difference between John and the first inspector i used was night and day!! I would use top 2 bottom for any further inspections for sure

Description of Work: John and his company are inspecting our house that is currently being built. I had him do the pre-slab pour inspection and pre-drywall inspection. He is very thorough, responsive and very professional. Once the inspection is done, he provides a very detail report with complete pictures and documentation. I had him do the reinspection after the pre-drywall report to make sure the builder had corrected what was pointed out. I feel very comfortable with John and his company. This is not the first house he has inspected for me and my close friends. We have had him inspect 4 houses total to date. I will continue to use John and his company in the future. He will also be doing the final inspection once the house is complete.
