They were excellent in every respect. I always appreciate it when somebody is up-front about the pricing and timeframe. They did the work when they said they would do it. They were good. There was always a translator for the workers.

It went very well. They were very professional and on time. I like that when you set an appointment, they show up on time. They gave me a very clear proposal and gave me time to think about that. They also had a 90 day labor warranty which was reassuring.

Everything went smoothly. They were professional, on time, and punctual. They were also very courteous. If I had any problems, all I had to do was call.

Quote was accurate and professional. They provided written contract detailing all the work that was to be performed. The sales rep, Jeff Wood was knowledgable about roofing and the insurance aspects of it also. He came out when the insurance adjuster came out and I sincerely believe that helped get the claim approved since the hail damage was just right at the hairy edge of being enough to qualify for replacement. Jeff even fixed the problem when at the last minute when I realized I had specified the wrong color shingle that wasn't approved by the homeowners association. A Holden Rep called me the day before they delivered my roofing material. They put it on the side of the driveway just like I asked them to. A Holden Rep called Sunday Evening to tell me the work was going to start on Monday morning. Not a problem as I knew that the work was going to be done soon, I just didn't know exactly what day. Work was supposed to be done in one day, but they had to come back the next day for a couple of hours to finish it out. In their defense, this was Monday after the time change and they lost an hour of daylight. I apprectiated them not working in the dark and causing more problems. The after work cleanup was good. I think I found only a couple of small pieces of shingles in the garden. I haven't found any nails yet so I believe they made a real effort to get them all. I didn't get a chance to really look at the work till the next week and upon inspection I found one vent pipe that didn't get reconnected properly. I called Jeff and that afternoon the crew boss met me at the house and fixed the issue. I don't expect to have problems when work is done but when I do have an issue, Holden handled it in the way I would expect a good quality company to handle it.

They were very professional in there estimate. The supervisor came back after they completed the job to make sure it was done properly. They came when they said they would. They cleaned up well after themselves. The best thing is that my roof doesn't leak anymore.

They Suck, There sale rep get a bid started for the cost and then they keep telling when the crew was suppose be there and this went on for over three weeks. I would not use this company. I would let home owner know of what kind of company this is before they let somebody get up on their roof

The service Holden Roofing provided me was quick and good quality. They are loyal to their costumers. They are punctual and professional.

The work is well done. The overall experience is very poor. The salesman was late to the first appointment and missed at least 6 (more likely 7-8, I stopped counting after a while) appointments to complete the contract. The only correct thing he did was make sure my contract got on the schedule using a faxed copy of my signature on the contract, and this was after numerous missed appointments to sign the original contract. The roofing crew was punctual and did a really good job. The work site was cleaned fairly well and the roof looks good. After completion, I called the salesman to pay for the job...more missed appointments. Finally I called the office directly and requested an invoice by mail or another salesman to pick up the payment, indicating that I did not want to deal with this salesman. The office sent the same salesman back, they did not respect my request. This guy called on a Wednesday evening apologizing and asking if that evening was convenient...not appropriate, too short notice. The appointment was scheduled for the next evening for a little after 6:00pm. He called and asked if 6:30-7:00 would be okay. Then showed up at 8:00pm. Again, not acceptable. Apparently he's leaving the company. At any rate, words cannot describe my frustration at the complete lack of professionalism shown by this guy or the company. Frankly, the company should provide a 20% discount on the job for the lack of attention. I won't hold my breath.

I contacted Holden Roofing and was told someone would call me back. After waiting a week, I called back and was told the same thing. A week later I called someone else.

Mr Garrett came and inspected my roof. He saw that there was damage from the storm. I agreed to sign a contract. They would be present and follow up through the process of making the claim to my insurance company and in the event of them accepting the claim I would do the work with them. Mr. Garrett was on top of it from a to z. He came to meet the adjuster. Once the job was approved he contacted me, made all the arrangements. The roof was replaced. MR. Garrett dealt with the insurance company for me it, all went smooth and it was a pleasure.

They were priced fairly. The completed the work in a timely manner. The estimator was friendly and always returned my calls.

They hand nailed everything to make sure that everything was even and they were very clean.

First the sales rep met with insurance company to ensure that all the hail damage was properly identified. Once the claim was adjudicated, the shingles were delivered, but sat in my front driveway for over a week, due to the rain. When the rain finally let up, Holden roofing showed up unannounced, removed the old shingles and replaced with new shingles. The following day, the subcontractor removed and replaced the gutters. They left off one downspout so I called the Sales Rep, Jud Terrell, to advise. In the meantime, the copper guys came out to remove and replace the copper dormers. There were shingles that were not properly covering the copper for several days. The copper guy returned and covered the copper with shingles. The gutter guy finally added the downspout, after about 3 weeks. Overall, the roof looks good and Holden Roofing did a good job.

I was very happy with the service. It was very professionally done. The workers were excellent in their attitude and effort. The work was done in the time expected. I would recommend them to others.

We had many different quotes, and found this company to be the closest to what we were looking for in price and experience. We were very pleased with how kind everyone was. We were kept informed of the progress the entire time. Every morning they were here by 8:00 am, right on time to get started working. They had the job done in no time. Their craftsmanship was amazing. The price was a little more expensive than for a normal roof, but their price was excellent for how many different angles my roof has.

The roof that they put on looks really good. There are no leaks or anything in it. I think it took them about a week to get the whole thing done. The guys were really nice to us and our family. I couldn't have asked for a better company to put our new roof on.

I am not terribly pleased with the work done on our roof but they did an okay job. When they were removing our old roof, the siding on my house was damaged and now needs repair. Although they cleaned up well outside, a lot of debris filtered down into the attic and it was difficult for me to clean it up myself. There is also a problem with a corner angle. It is located right on the street side of our house, as it is supposed to connect to another part of the roof and now does not. It just doesn't look right and I plan to call them to correct this mistake.

The job was fully completed in one day, which was excellent. They did an excellent clean up job on top of the good roofing job they did. I got a good cost since these shingles are guaranteed for thirty years.

For starters, I don't think that we were treated with the utmost respect but don't get me wrong I thought it was not grade A, top notch service. We were not impressed with the overall craftsmanship of some of their employees that were doing the work. I really don't have any real problems with their price as most of the work was paid through my insurance company. We can say for sure that these guys were on time and they had our roof itself done very quickly.

The people that work for this company are really nice people. They were great with their schedule. Actually, they were only here one day, but, they were on time. The job went pretty normal as far as I can tell. I really did not have to much to do with them. I kind of let them do their work and let them go home. I am not disappointed. My roof looks good and I have not had any leaks or anything.

Our new roof looks really nice. I am so happy with the shingles that they used on it. They got the whole roof done in less than a week which I thought was really fast. Everyone cleaned up everyday and they even picked up all of the dropped nails when they were done.

This project was to be paid by insurance and Travis made an agreement with the insurance company that they would be paid when the check comes. Travis had the nerve to come here when I was in the yard and ask me for $300 now. I told him of our arrangement. I also told him about some garbage their roofer left that was to be cleaned up. He stormed off and said loudly in front of my neighbors that he was going to get a lien on my home. Nobody treats me like that. There was also a leak in my home. This one they did fix without even talking to me. They just came and left. There are water marks on my ceiling. I had another person tell me the roof was done incorrectly and that would leaves would pack into the roof because of the way it was done. I do not want to deal with them anymore. I did report them to the BBB. I would never recommend them to anyone.

TERRIBLE experience and still is not finished. The ONLY times we were contacted as promised, OR that appointments were kept as promised were when Kadon Lewis came out to give us an estimate; and when he came by to pick up his money. From the start my husband had to make multiple phone calls & emails regarding unfinished or poorly done work, yet NOT ONCE was it done on time or date promised. Roofing team did a horrible job:not completing much of the work, totally destroying several large plants, and leaving trash ALL over the yard & driveway,which has NEVER been properly cleaned. WE have picked up buckets of roofing materials, staples & nails, and repaired flat tires as result. Numerous supposed efforts to fix original bad work, but all poorly & only haphazardly carried out. Damage repairs incomplete from a month ago & emails to contact us ignored. We want repairs completed immediately & an outside expert to confirm roof work is decent as we no longer trust Holdens word on it.

Excellent service and price. Sufficient crew was brought in to complete the job in one day, and everything was cleaned up completely.

I had Holdens Roofing replace my old roof because of hail damage about four months ago. The service representative was excellent and the quality was good. I had a little problem with the crew that they had doing the work. They did not speak any English, which created a language barrier. They were very fast doing the job it only took them two days. They cleaned up all of the old shingles but they left a lot of nails on the ground. I must have picked up about 300 nails.
