Description of Work: Called for quote. Rep came out and met insurance adjuster and measured riof but never gave me quote. After a few days I called and they answered and said they would have a quote for me in a few days. I never heard back from them and called another roofer.

Description of Work: I contracted with Holden Roofing to replace my entire roof after hailstorm damage earlier this year (2015). The company was backed-logged and I agreed to wait a couple of months for them to replace my roof. I went to several job sites and watched their crews work. I found the company did great prep work and clean-up work. I watched the start to completion of of several other roofing jobs prior to the installation of my work and I was very impressed with the level of skills the crews exhibited. The 2-month wait was indeed worth it and I will definitely use Holden Roofing again and again. | |I waited for the first hard rain after my roof was installed and checked for water leaks. Fortunately, no leaks were found throughout my home. I was very impressed with job of the crew assigned to install my roof. They worked hard. They were professional. They got the job done right the first time! I seldom refer any company to the public but will ONLY when work is exceptional. The work done by Holden Roofing was quite exceptional!!

Description of Work: Holden replaced our roof after hail damage so it involved an insurance claim. Jonathan Lourigan worked with us and answered my many questions. The crew was on time, courteous, and left the yard spotless upon completion. The only problem I had was with a female in the office who didn't check with me or Jonathan before scheduling the job. He solved that. This company will be who we use forever and they have an office here in the area.

Description of Work: Damage to roof with leak into house. Found and repaired entire roof, extensive to internal studs and ceiling. Work included painting of walls, removing 'popcorn' ceiling paint (extremely messy), and replacing shed roof. Holden had single point man for estimates and coordination (knowledgeable,professional, personable ) work done by contractors. ALL expertly done in very timely manner. Super happy!

Description of Work: I had them replace our roof and repair other areas on a separate occasion, and they did a wonderful job! They were really responsive, professional, and the clean-up was wonderful. We were really impressed with them and would absolutely recommend them!

Description of Work: Great....I can't remember the cost exactly but I believe it was between |$4,000 and $5,000...Our insurance took care of the cost ...the damage was due to hail..We now, thanks to Holden have a better roof than before...We were more than satisfied with their work, the manager of the job and the workers...

Description of Work: I too was impacted by the January 9 hail storm. I contacted Holden Roofing for an inspections and Dustin came out the same day. I had seen Holden work on several houses in my area after the July 2011 hail storm and felt they did good work, were fast, professional and gave the homeowner a quality job. Upon doing my due diligence on the contractor, I found some very bad reports on the BBB site about Holden Roofing. In fact, 46 bad reports, from falsely using the BBB logo, quality, service, warranty, etc. Some involved the Texas Attn. Generals office. Dustin had mentioned they had a previous issue with the BBB because they had a phone issue. His story was they were getting 40,000 calls a week and they could not keep up. He said they had everything resolved and had withdrawn from the BBB and was using Angie's List. What I found on the BBB website was not reflective of what the salesman had led me to believe. I contacted the salesman and told him I was withdrawing my contract with them in accordance with the 3 day rule on this type of contract. The salesman was very cordial, accepted my withdraw of the contract and brought the copy back and took the form canceling the contract. Holden might have done a good job, but I did not want to take the risk.
