Description of Work: Replaced two shingles on my roof, nailed down and caulked protruding nails all over roof. I was impressed with the salesman and his professionalism and knowledge; I was disappointed that 15-20 minutes of repair cost $500 - seems a little steep. As far as I know, the repair is good.

Description of Work: We recently used Final Touch Roofing and were extremely satisfied with the job. We were in the process of selling a home and the closing was moved from March 28th to March 11th! This only gave me one week to move as well as satisfy any items that needed to be repaired on the home per buyer inspection report. I called 4 different roofers. Only one- Ted Durrett with Final Touch Roofing - responded the day I placed a call to him. He quoted the project that day and completed the job within two. He also drafted a letter to the buyers with his roof inspection and certification that all work was completed! Eventually, the other roofers responded but by that time Ted had already completed the work. We would use Final Touch again and reccomend their services 100%.

Description of Work: Arrived ahead of scheduled time to give estimate on removing and putting on a complete new roof. Provided brochure on their company with references. Did not take any money up front. Arrived on time to start work. Really had a team that worked hard and exhibited teamwork that reduced time on the job. Did not take check until inspection was done by a member of the company. Work completed in 1-1/2 days. Provided detailed information on life of shingles and did extra work to ensure no leaking problems.
