Description of Work: This is an awesome company! The guys were wonderful and very sweet! They went out of their way to clean my living room furniture (that has never been cleaned) and take extra time to remove cat hair that I had missed from the furniture before cleaning. It took them longer than expected, but the end result was fabulous!! I will definitely use them again!

Description of Work: The office staff was professional in handling our request for information and an appointment. They also made a follow up call to confim the appointment on the day before the work was to be performed. The work crew arrived early, whereupon they determined the scope of work, provided a summary of their approach to the work and conveyed what was expected from us, as the homeowners. They discussed the limitations of their responsibility and access restriction periods. They provided an estimate of total cost and requested authorization to begin work. The crew worked efficiently and quickly. They moved furniture and returned it as agreed in the preliminary discussions. They explained the processes and chemicals as they worked. We requested additional work on certain problem areas.

+ 1 moreThey were excellent. They were very prompt; they came out immediately. They did everything that they said they would do. Unfortunately, the backing of one of my area rugs came off. It was probably not their fault. I think it was because I had not been using a rug pad under the rug. I tried to have them resolve the problem, but it turned out to be costly. So, they gave me the rug back and also, gave me back what I had paid them to have it cleaned. I thought it was very fair. I spent about $400, but they refunded about $300. At the same time, they threw in a kitchen tile floor deep cleaning job, which they did an excellent job of. I would highly recommend them. I like them for their service. They stand behind their work. It is a family-owned company. They really stay customer oriented. I would use them again in the future.

Doiggs worked us into their already full schedule. The two employees that arrived were very professional. They worked very quietly and efficiently. The house smelled great afterwards and the carpets looked great. I would use this company again for sure.

Description of Work: Doigg Carpet Care and Restoration takes great care in cleaning, repairing and restoring the flooring in both our residence and rental property. We have used them exclusively for nearly ten years. We are greatly pleased with their work product and professionalism. Jeff Doigg is always eager to answer any questions we might have. They cover their shoes or remove them when in the house, are mindful and kind with our pets, arrive on time or advise us by phone if there are circumstances beyond their control that might change the arrival time which has happened just one time in over 10 years. I am an elderly female and I have absoluletly no hesitation to have them work in the house when my husband is not at home. We have used them for water damage restoration twice and they were able to dry out and totally salvage the carpet and sub flooring. We had no odor or mildew or mold to deal with later on. We have recommended their services to all of our friends and neighbors.

Description of Work: Dog sitter called at 5 PM to tell me that I had a water-soaked carpet in den and hallway due to hot water heater leak. While driving home, called Doigg's. They arrived at my house by 6:30 PM (50 miles to my house) to remove water. Done by 9 PM. Very fast, very professional. Doigg's also spent hours working with my very bad insurance company (Insurance changed adjusters 3 times, low-balled Doigg's on 1st payment, didn't pay for entire damage on 2nd check, and finally agreed to pay me in full (I hope) four months later. Their check is still in mail.) Doigg's was a big reason that I got paid at all! Will use Doigg's again as soon as insurance check arrives. (Want to make sure that insurance pays me.)

+ -1 moreTwo workers arrived on time. I explained what we wanted done--showed them problem spots. They talked me into a "scotch-guard"-type treatment for those areas that works like Teflon in protecting them long-term. Overall, I was pleased with the look of the carpet. They completed the work on time and charged a fair price. My only complaint was that they didn't "look" like professionals (no uniforms, etc.). One of the service men tried a little to hard to up-sell me on some extra services.
Description of Work: Chemical-cleaned 5 rooms plus a long hallway; "scotch-guard"-type treatment in a couple of problem spots.
