Our technicians showed up promptly, they removed all of the old equipment and ducting and cleaned up their mess while in the process. They were amazing!! My HVAC has never worked this well in my home. I’m so appreciative of Baker AC & their hard work. I send them to everyone!

I am truly impressed with the work that Baker Heating and Air completed at my home in Rockport, TX. The Friday before Labor Day weekend our AC stopped working. After calling several local AC companies, Baker Heating and Air was the only company that was able to make the repair that day. They were at my home within 30 minutes of contacting them, as promised, to assess the AC unit. After diagnosing the problem, I was given several options on how to address the situation. Each option was laid out with pros or cons and I never once felt like I was being persuaded to go with the more expensive alternative. The individual working on the repair was competent and knowledgeable about what he was doing and explained the situation thoroughly. The cost for the repair was better than all other quotes we received and as promised the work was completed by the end of the day and the AC is working wonderfully. I can't say enough good things about this company and I would definitely call them again for any AC work. They saved our Labor Day weekend!

Nick and team arrived on time as scheduled. He gave me the option of replacing the variable speed motor on my old system or going with a new Lennox system. I went with the new system and the 10 year warranty. System is great, price was very competitive. I had recommended him before on a real estate listing I had, and the owner was very happy with the work. I knew Nick from his work before starting his own company. He is reliable and courteous, and the only A/C person I call these days.

The serviceman looked into why my A/C was not keeping up in 90+ degree weather. He checked all of the questions I had and used his own background to explain more and check and check. Bottom line: the unit is undersized; he went through the benchmarks that brought him to that conclusion (HVAC unit and disturbution, electrical, room sizes etc). He is coming back this winter to C/O the heating unit which has been working even worse than the A/C since I bought the place in May of 2014.

Nick provided me with several options on fixing my A/C unit. He is very experienced....worked several years in the Austin area for a major repair company, but is just starting his business in the Rockport area. Since the part from Trane was going to be so expensive, I decided to get an entire new system, and went with a Lennox because of the good warranty being offered. Nick and his team arrived on time, were very careful while removing the system and installing the new. It was done on time, on budget, and I highly recommend Baker Heating and A/C.
