I was in a bind with a failed mini-split (they didn't do the original install) in a gameroom that was going to be needed for a big birthday celebration. They went through hoops to turn it around in a day! Was installed perfectly 2 hours before guests arrrived. Hannah was great to work with and I could not have asked for more from them.

Excellent. Efficient. Neat. I was worried about dust in our bedroom because they had to cut through sheetrock. No dust. Everything was clean. They even added an upgrade to our drain valve without asking us or charging us. Don't call anyone else for your HVAC needs.

Our daughter’s AC stopped cooling on Saturday morning. I called Baker AC and the customer service we received was refreshing! I let her know that there was an infant in the house which was getting hot. She noted that on the request for service. They came out on time and fixed the problem! I was so thankful for their urgency to get to our service call. Baker AC will definitely be our “go to” for any future AC repairs and maintenance 💯 Thank You again!!

Baker AC did a fabulous job installing a completely new unit at my house. James was the lead installer, and his knowledge, patience, and friendliness was much appreciated. They communicated well, worked through rain and mosquitoes, and made sure to complete the job before taking off. Was very impressed with their service and recommend them to all! Baker has installed SIX split units for us over the last 5 years to replace window units. We have been very pleased with their friendly and efficient service. They are personable as well as professional.

It is as good as it gets! They used a TEAM concept with three men working on the outside unit while two men worked the inside unit. They did a clean and professional job of complete replacement of my four ton Heat(gas) and A/C unit in less than five hours. I Highly recommend Baker A/C and their team of seasoned Professionals

Our AC went out Friday night. We called in the morning (a Saturday) and they came very shortly and repaired it quickly. Our Terrier had jumped the fence and had an Opossum by the neck at our neighbors pool. He fearless hoped over the fence and broke up the fight. Bravo Baker AC ! ALL SERVICE…….ALL WORLD !!

We were very happy with Baker Air. Called a competitor first (AS) and they gave an ridiculous estimate, twice as high as Baker and pressured that I had to make a decision because of low quantities. Baker was not high pressure, gave a great estimate and did the work quickly and professionally. Would use again and highly recommend!

Thanks to Luís it was great! He was very thorough and explained everything perfectly. I will definitely request him next time. I had less confidence in earlier technician, Kyle, who clearly did not check everything he should have. 1 1/2 year old units needed Freon, which I was disappointed with, but Luís was efficient and friendly. Very satisfied with the visit.

Technician was very professional and thorough. He has been the technician that has been here several times, so he knows our system. Baker AC did the initial installation of AC/heating system in our new build 7 years ago and we continue to use them for all service.

They installed a secondary overflows to protect our a/c system since we are absently owners it gives us an extra peace of mind!! This is a great company to do business with!

Very well, Baker representative notified me ahead of arriving to be sure I was at home. Diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed the issue immediately. If that was all, it would be enough. But he also came back a few days later to verify that everything was still in order…..that is the kind of service that is hard to find these days. I highly recommend Baker AC and Heating. Not only are they thorough, they are very reasonably priced and stand behind their work. Luis is particularly good. He even swept up dust on the floor after changing a filter that was in need of replacement.
