Description of Work: I bought the Angie's list deal for $59 to have them come take a look at my system and do the included services. Tech showed up did all the external inspections except one because it was too cold to measure the freon properly. Checked out our air handler and removed the motor for cleaning. Took it outside, cleaned and re-installed. I purchased the plan they offer for two follow up inspections which include all the processes as the certificate. I also just arranged to have the suggested items taken care of that he found during the inspection. All of these explained in detail and I did not feel pressured to do anything else. Very pleased with their service and professional approach. Tech put on foot covers before entering the house leaving no mess inside or out. A+.

Description of Work: Called originally for basic furnace and A/C seasonal service. Also had a new thermostat installed and a part replaced. Systems are working great.Very knowledgable and professional help.

Description of Work: Fall check of A/C and heating system. Only real issue was worker installed fuse upside down after checking a/c compressor. When I realized compressor wasn't running and system no longer cooling house, I went outside, pulled fuse, put in correct way, and system began working again. I am concerned about training of employees, as the fuse is marked "This side up" and he still installed upside down.
