They are extremely good. They come out any time of the day or night. They often do not charge us for odd hours. I am a facility manager for my church and I have used them not only for my home but for my church as well.

They are very punctual, nice, and set everything up for us. They even climbed into the attic to install everything, came back out to make sure everything was taken care of, and even changed the filters during their visit.

I called Bailey AC the morning my AC went out. Mr. Bailey, himself, had replaced my AC unit by the end of that day. He was very professional and very friendly. I'm very happy with the service provided.

It went very well. In fact, he showed up earlier than scheduled.

Nothing bad to say. Bid process was fast and responsive. Mr. Bailey(Bill) set dates and made commitments on how and when the work would be done. I believe made fair, honest, and accurate recommendations on system size. Overall one of the best contractor experiences ever had. His crew was fast, efficient and helpful. It is nice to know there are still people who do what they say they will do, and do it in a professional and courteous manner. Communication was clear, concise and responsive. Unit has performed beautifully, what a difference the new HVAC system has made.

Service man arrived at the appointed time. He was very friendly and acted professionally.

I am very pleased with the work that was done as now we are AC is running much better and pushing more air out. They were prompt and efficient when they came out to diagnose the problem and when they came to do the repairs.

I called Bailey Air Conditioning at 8:00 am this morning and was immediately greeted by Mr. Bailey himself. After explaining my problem, Mr. Bailey gave me the time that he would arrive and arrived promptly at that time. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained in detail what he needed to do to fix it and did so. Mr. Bailey was very courteous and very professional. I've taped his business card to my air conditioner and should the need arise, I will not hesitate to call Bailey Air Conditioning again.

The smaller of 2 A/C units had a evaporator coil that needed replacing. The part was difficult to locate but they found one close and made it work. The price I was quoted is what I paid. Everything seemed ok for about 2 weeks and the unit was working fine. I was out of town when my wife called me in a panic because water was dripping from the celing. When I returned I looked at the unit and found that condensation was dripping from the unit on to the ceiling, meaning that the internal drain pan was not catching all the condensation and the secondary drain pan was not centered underneath the unit. I admit that I did not call the company back because I can handle fixing this minor issue. I thought they did a pretty good job considering and I would recommend them.

Started on Tuesday morning, was complete by Thursday morning.

He called me the morning of the installation to inform me that he had all of the parts in stock to make the job happen. He called me again when he was on site and he got started right away with the installation. He was very nice, professional and very knowledgeable of his trade. He even came back the next day just to check on everything and make sure it was all running correctly and that we were happy. Highly recommend this company to anyone.

Repairman came on the same day the call was placed. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable and did not seem to mind me looking over his shoulder as he worked. He explained what he was doing as he went along. I was satisfied that he identified the problem correctly (a malfunctioning AC capacitor in our case) and repaired it promptly and efficiently. He even topped-off my freon at no additional cost. In summary, this is a good guy who knows what he is doing. His cost was very reasonable. He completed the job quickly, safely and to my satisfaction.I recommend him to you without reservations and would call him back in the future if needed.

My A/C went out around 8:30pm; I called Bailey's around 9pm, they arrived in 30 minutes, diagnosed and fixed the problem before 10pm. Bill and Andy were professional, prompt, and thorough.

Our air conditioner broke over night. At 8:30 a.m., we called Bailey's AC and requested a service call. Mr. Bailey said he'd be over within the hour. He arrived at 9:15. He checked the AC, and determined it was out of freon. He also checked the entire system for leaks. He was kind, fair, courteous, and professional. He even let my seven year old twin sons help by holding the flashlight, and seemed to ENJOY them. I will definitely use Bailey's again.

I own an apartment complex in the Baylor area. A tenant informed me last night that the AC wasn't working. I called Bailey first thing in the morning, and talked to the owner directly. He was courteous and happened to be in the area, and was able to go on-site and give me an honest estimate within 30 minutes of my first phone call. By 3pm, he had gotten the new compressor installed and working, and told me about some other issues that would need to be addressed soon, but did not try to pressure me into rushing into things. I would definitely recommend Bailey. A great business.

Called Bailey Heating & Air Conditioning and scheduled sevice for 6/15/09 AM. They came out promptly at the scheduled time and check my AC system and found out that the unit was low on freon. They remedied the problem and were on there way with in 35 minutes. My unit is now working fine in the 100+ tmperatures that we have had this week.

I contacted Mr. Bailey on Tuesday and arrainged to meet him Wednesday morning. He arrived on time and immediately started to diagnose the problem. After checking the outside and inside units he determined that the unit was low on freon causing the evaporator coil to freeze up. He added freon and left to allow the the evaporator coil to unfreeze so that he could balance the system properly. He returned later that afternoon and checked the vent temperatures. He made some adjustments and the system has performed well since.
