Description of Work: Jim was asked to install shutters along the front of my home. These are custom made shutters by Jim and his son. What a beautiful addition to our home. Wonderful attention to detail. My wife's already looking at the next set of windows we want them to do.. Great Job!

Description of Work: I made an appointment with them to give us an estimate to install either wood shutters or Plantation shutters. They were supposed to arrive July 8 at 2:00...they did not call or show up. Recently, I emailed them to ask why they didn't show up...they didn't answer.
